Prestations de haute qualité pour ce T1 bis de 28m2 très lumineux (verrière métal, ouvertures donnant sur une terrasse). Appartement idéalement placé car tout se fait à pieds: l'aquarium(9min), le vieux port(6min), le marché/halls(8min). Tous commerces (boulangerie, supérette, restaurants à moins de 5min à pieds). Vous pouvez passer une semaine sans voiture. Emplacement de choix. Terrasse de 18m2, avec son coin repas ombragé (parasol à disposition). Idéal pour se ressourcer.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, close to the town hall and the central market, on one of the shopping streets that is lively during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for business reasons, a 10-minute walk to the train station if you come by train. The apartment is a 42 m2 two-room, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow Covid cleaning guidelines.
