The house is located in Exo Nyfi, a traditional tower house settlement in Eastern Mani. This remote village is perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility. Close to secret beaches with crystal clear waters, it is ideal for the whiling away Greek summer days. The house has a breathtaking view of the mountains to the west and the sunrise over the sea in the morning. Kamara is an award winning project for Best New Architecture on an Existing Building by Doma Greek Architecture Awards 2023.

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
