Beautiful large 4 1/2 fully renovated. Ground floor located at Lac Kénogami, less than 300 meters from the lake and 10 minutes from Jonquière. Direct access to snowmobile trails in winter. Water sports paradise in summer. Very large wooded grounds, walking or snowshoeing trails on private grounds at the back, lots of grass and woodland. Fully furnished and fully equipped. Patio door and balcony with BBQ. Outdoor area for fires and concrete tile area with picnic table. Non-smoking!

It is also a natural environment with all the necessary amenities. Private snowshoe trail, ice rink on the lake, slide ( see photos). Nice place to snowmobile near the federal trail! You can even bring your fishing shed for white fishing. There is a group of fishing cabins facing the cottage.

Sebastien's cottage had a great view and is very peaceful. Plenty of space and the little cabin with the table was perfect for an evening of board games. when it makes sunshine the place is even better than in the photos. We couldn't enjoy it so much from the rain but we would come back without hesitation if the space is free for new dates.

We were extremely impressed with the location and privacy of Sabrina’s lovely home and she was very responsive to our questions. Overall a very relaxing visit to a beautiful part of Canada and we would love to return to see more of it, especially in the summer to enjoy Lake Kenogami on the water!

We spent 3 nights at Keven's. The chalet was as in the photos and more than expected. Very clean and very beautiful. The lake view is beautiful. Many more in the chalet and small touches, (marshmallow, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, Saran, aluminum, plastic plate, raclette, melted pan and even a standing mixer. Soap, shampoo, bath towels of very good quality. We used the downstairs bedroom. The bed is very comfortable. The chalet is really very well equipped for activities. Kayak, paddle board, belts, outdoor games, etc. A perfect place to relax and easy to access. Thank you Keven for this beautiful dream stay. You are perfect hosts.
