Holiday rentals in Lac de Saint-Étienne-Cantalès

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument PARFAIT chez Christine, Le Timon à Laguiole. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Christine, une hôte d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible, communicative et de très bons conseils. Elle a su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable par sa bienveillance et sa connaissance des lieux. Le logement est tout simplement exceptionnel : décoré avec énormément de goût, chaque détail est pensé avec soin pour offrir confort et bien-être. On s'y sent immédiatement comme chez soi. Le cadre environnant est magnifique, apaisant, idéal pour se ressourcer. Un immense merci à Christine pour cette expérience inoubliable. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons, c’est une certitude !

Un super séjour dans le Cantal dans une jolie maison. Lacapelle-Viescamp est très bien situé, à proximité des plages et d'Aurillac ! Léa a été très réactive vis a vis de nos demandes ! A refaire !

Travelling from New Zealand to stay three nights in this stunning little French village we found Thierry’s medieval cottage delightful. It is spacious and comfortable. We put the kitchen to good use and enjoyed having the opportunity to explore the village in the cool of the morning and evenings when many day trippers had left. The views from the village are truly stunning, and the car parking card a real bonus. Couple of tips, the staircase to bedroom is small and steep. We left our suitcases downstairs, taking whatever required up to bedroom /bathroom area. We would also highly recommend a stop at the supermarket before coming up to the village to collect any basics you may require as once settled in and parked it is a long walk back down the hill if you need some milk. We would highly recommend Thierry’s place and a stay in Saint Criq, a real experience not to be missed. Thierry’s information re location and access are superb! Making the visit extremely easy.

Our family of five spent an amazing four days at this beautiful property in the tiny village of Lentillac Saint Blaise in the Lot region. Jean Charles and Annick are such gracious hosts - we received a warm welcome the first evening, where Jean Charles invited us to help ourselves to everything in his vegetable garden and the kids loved gathering fresh strawberries. raspberries, gooseberries and lettuce. On our last morning we had a wonderful conversation about local authors and the history of the region. Every corner of their house and garden shows fine attention to detail and beautiful aesthetic sense. Jean Charles built much of the gorgeous furniture himself in his metal workshop. The pool is just perfect and beautifully maintained for daily swims after sightseeing in the many magnificent villages and sites around the region. Everything was so peaceful and comfortable. The linens and toiletries are top quality. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a restful stay!

Un séjour inoubliable et merveilleux. Les repas, l’environnement, la maison, les hôtes – tout était parfait. C’est un endroit exceptionnel pour ceux qui souhaitent reposer leur cœur et leur corps. La prochaine fois, nous aimerions y rester au moins une semaine. Un grand merci à Mira et Steven !

Un gîte isolé superbement placé dans une vallée typique du Cantal très bien situé pour emprunter les routes des crêtes et puys avec des pistes de randonnées proches. Très soigneusement aménagé, très rare pour ce type de gîte. On est réveillé par les cloches des Salers qui broutent dans les environs. Pierre est un hôte très attentif et aux petits soins. Nous avons eu un séjour super. Pour tout veux qui cherchent un endroit calme, beau pour goûter à ce beau Cantal et faire des randonnées s’est idéale et avec un très bon rapport qualité /prix. Nous reviendrons pour continuer à exploiter le Cantal
