Nice apartment located between Cholet and Maulévrier!

Welcome to our home! It is with discretion and good humor that we welcome you to our apartment located above our house and in the countryside. The apartment has a completely independent entrance and two parking spaces! Equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and toilet as well as a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed in the living room. Linens and towels are not provided. We ask that you do a minimum of cleaning with the essentials provided.

Studio with separate access in a pavilion with garden

Non-smoking only! In a detached house in the basement with a bay window facing outwards, I have dedicated a studio of about 36 m2 to my guests. The house is on the ground floor and we are a couple with no children. In the basement, we have our dressing room, washing machine and a guest room and the garage, rarely used. The studio is separated by a door; All amenities are available inside. There is no washing machine or dishwasher in the studio.

Close to Puy du Fou, you will appreciate the comfort of this warm, carefully maintained, fully equipped and unoverlooked studio. Private and covered parking space. 31 m2 studio with south-facing terrace, bright and quiet.
