John called ahead of time and informed us about the issue with AIR BNB, he proactively gave us a resolution that made our day! Provided us the Best customer service. The room that we stayed in was like a hotel room, very clean, bed has comforters, heater on the shower, huge TV, cold aircon, refrigerator and specially fast wi-fi connection. Pool was clean and my family really enjoyed it. And before I forget, food in this place is very good! Budget friendly with a taste of a fine dining restaurant. This place is a one stop shop for a good and quality vacation. I strongly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

The place is very accessible to the known tourist spots. The staffs are very welcoming and will always approach you with a smile on their faces. Highly recommended if you're going to La Union with large group!

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The place and space were perfect—clean, comfortable, and spacious. From the moment we arrived, the friendly receptionist Ate Jean and the kitchen staff made us feel incredibly welcome. No request was too hard for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless. A special mention goes to John, the owner, who is wonderfully personable and accommodating. His generosity in allowing us to use the restaurant space for our group’s New Year’s Eve dinner was truly the highlight of our trip. It created a warm, festive atmosphere that we will always treasure. If you’re looking for a place with great amenities and even greater people, this is it. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Great place to stay. Near the beach and good restaurants, friendly staffs too. We arrived early but they let us stay in their restaurant, you can access the pool while waiting for the check in time. Also near kabsat and flotsam and other iconic places.

Staying at Plaza de Castiel was a very good and affordable choice my friends and I made. Check-in was smooth, we were able to add one more bed without hassle, and the room was also very clean upon our arrival. We were all provided with water, blankets, and towels, and we can even request for new towels every day. The shower room and toilet room were both clean and we were provided with a roll of tissue paper every day. It was also near the beach and famous places in La Union, so going around was not a hassle. My friends and I particularly loved how we were able to use the place’s karaoke during our stay. The Ugly Bar was directly beneath our room which was also convenient for us. If your group has light sleepers though, you may want to request for the room that isn’t facing the highway since the noises from the highway and the bar can be heard from the room we stayed in. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends!

Resort and restaurant employees are all nice. Room is clean. Close to beach and food parks.

We’ve had a great stay during the weekend as it was peaceful, not crowded at all and we’ve had a beautiful view of the clean beach.

Everything is amazing in Oceanaire. Some suggestions for further improvement: 1. Faster and stronger internet. Theirs is not recommended for remote workers currently. It is fluctuating. 2. More vibrant signages to easily find the location. Even the grab delivery had trouble finding the resort. 3. Better restaurant/shop/food store. Only a sari-sari store is currently serving the resort. 4. Policy on loudness of other guests' music. Too loud music from neighboring guests. 5. Better and cleaner tables and chairs in the pavillion. Too many stray cats as well. 6. Uniform for employees. Some look like guests, while some look like outsiders. But the rooms are clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for the canonical coronation of Our lady of charity of agoo. The place is near the church.

Will definitely consider if we travel back again to Elyu

Joan and his husband were very accommodating and helpful, the place was spot on and closer to all the shops and the beaches. Best option for us since we needed to get to san fernando and bacnotan. Perfect place since it’s in the middle of the mentioned places! Great place! Recommended!!!

Quiet and private with a quick trike to get to main part of town. Perfect to be away from the noise. Staff was extremely hospitable. I had zero issue and I'm sure if I had they would've swiftly taken care of it. Will recommend and will return.

Clean place and friendly host

Sir Elias and staff were very friendly and responsive to our inquiries. The beach front access was very convenient. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. 😊

We really enjoyed our sta! The room was spacious and clean with big beds and comfy sheets. Bathroom is well kept, with hot and cold shower. Since the place is recently built, the amenities are also fairly new including AC. Pool is okay and seems clean (Good water flow/circulation). Cottage area is also new and right beside the beach. There are locals who offer activities like boat rides. Beach is also very clean and air is fresh (no fishy smell) and no rocky shores. Sand is incredibly fine although not white and waves aren't that strong, perfect for swimming. The best part is they are pet friendly (but you must have them on their leashes and not leave them in the room unattended). Its not common for resorts to be pet friendly so this place is really a hidden gem. They are still developing and more improvements are to come especially with their outdoor cooking system and public bathrooms. The host was really accommodating and a small world it is knowing that she is a local of our town!

Nanay is friendly and approachable.

Shylah provided us clear instructions and she’s a friendly host. The place is clean and it is the same with the pictures in the listing. The price is already okay since the location is near the city’s center and it is clean and cozy.

Our room is clean when we arrived. The only thing is we need to use stairs since they are located in the 3rd floor but overall the ambiance is good, fast wifi and its near to most of the famous restaurants and beach

Ruby's place was very clean. it was very cozy and comfortable. the staffs were friendly and accommodating. netflix is available as well as youtube. downside is the wifi has a weak connection but the mobile data for Smart users is fast. also You have to be ready with your own foods, water and other necessities you may require because there is no nearby stores. the Grab app only has a few selection of stores and the one available is a pharmacy. no option for cooking only grilling which they will provide a griller. the place has an ongoing renovation and staff mentioned there will be a store someday. pool is clean and the sea is best of surfing with large waves. all in all it was an awesome stay. will book again next time
