Casa indipendente, al piano terra composta da salone con cucina, bagno e 1 camera da letto e spazio esterno in giardino condominiale ma con area 'privata' e parcheggio interno. la casa è a 20 metri dalla fermata FL3 ROMA LA GIUSTINIANA NB la linea ferroviaria che collega con il centro è attiva in direzione centro dalle 6.15 alle 23, e al ritorno dalle 6 alle 22.( dalle 22 alle 24 gli autobus 907 dalla metro A Cornelia o 201 da p.zza mancini). dalle 24 alle 6 vi e il bus n201 p.zza venezia

Marika (and her family) are WONDERFUL hosts. The apartment is comfortable, plus an exterior garden-apartment-style patio with sofa unit as well as a table and four chairs (the laundry machine is behind a door off the patio). The kitchen is well-appointed, with a full size fridge and freezer, a Nescafé capsule coffee maker as well as an Italian stovetop moka, a microwave and a regular oven, and even a dishwasher. The neighborhood (Ottavia) is peaceful residential; there's a large In's grocery store about a 5 minute walk from the apartment, as well as a large fruit-vegetable stand outside. Various restaurants. LOCATION: It might look on a map that Marika's apartment is a long way from the center of Rome, but actually it is super-well connected. The walk downhill to the Ottavia train station takes 7-8 minutes, and from there it's a 20 minute direct ride to stazione San Pietro, by the Vatican. From there, another 20 minute train to Roma Termini. So #Connected! I'm very happy with my stay.

Riparo ideale per staccare la spina dal caos quotidiano. A 3 min di auto dalla spiaggia libera sul lago e sul lungo lago. Anche il cane si è divertito nell'ampio spazio esterno recintato. Mario è un host molto disponibile e risponde rapidamente ad eventuali quesiti, anche se non ho avuto bisogno del suo intervento. Appartamento pulito e moderno. Da non sottovalutare il parcheggio interno che evita stress di parcheggio. Vacanza ideale per ricaricarsi.

The place is great, very clean, very welcoming, we felt like we were at home. The neighbourhood is so friendly and quiet. You have everything close, but there best is the bus station - a 1 minute walk. We felt in love with the mini lake too!🤗

Quiet, beautiful place in Rome suburb. It took 20 to 30 minutes to drive to a parking garage to Rome and then you could take public transport or uber from there. The place was lovely and clean. The pool was a great way to relax. We would stay again.

Valeria was great and we loved her place. It backs onto an amazing forest that you can sit and enjoy from a balcony. She was so kind to us and went above and beyond. I would recommend anyone walking the via francigena to stay at her place.

Francesca was a wonderful host and her home most enjoyable. She was both flexible with our check in, which included meeting us personally and helpful throughout our stay. Her recommendations were most welcome and she even provided assistance in arranging for some early morning taxi services. The neighbourhood was both quite and restful, but if you are planning to tour extensively in Rome, relying totatlly on public transit can be a bit challenging. The trains run exactly on schedule, the buses not so much. This is NOT a relection on Francesca as she provided excellent, detailed information on the trains but rather something that we noted during our stay. The unit was exactly as decribed and a joy to stay at. Access to a car would be helpful (and parking was available). Overall, Francesca was an excellent host and we would not hesitate to book with her again in the future.
