The apartment was very beautiful and in an excellent location in a less touristy part of Venice, which we really appreciated. Everything was great overall. We really enjoyed our time!

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer sehr großen Terrasse und einem traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und war sehr sauber. Ein eigener Parkplatz und ein eigener Strand waren noch eine tolle Zugabe. Linda war immer hilfreich und hat uns unterstützt. Wir haben jeden Tag in der Wohnung genossen.

Wonderfull appartment offered by Phil and Sylvie. They have great instructions/advice and are really flexible/relaxed. You will share the property with other guests in the other appartments though, so if that’s not your thing keep this in mind. We shared it with really relaxed families as well, so absolutely a great experience. The area offers a mix of must visit small towns and larger cities (Vicenza/Padua +-30 minutes and Venice +-45 minutes) with everything you neer for a great holiday! 5 stars for sure.

Meine Familie und ich waren nun das zweitemal bei Chiara und wir waren wiedermal begeistert. Für uns war es eine schöne Zeit dort. Die Unterkunft ist ideal, da das Meer und der Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen sind, sowie auch Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt oder die Eisdiele. Das Appartement bietet alles was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt, jetzt sogar Luxus mit Spülmaschine :-) Chiara hat uns wiederholt herzlich Empfangen und ist da mit einem Rat, wenn man etwas braucht. Dies war nicht unser letzter Besuch bei ihr!

Wir waren mit dem Rad den Alpen Adria Weg (ohne E Motor) unterwegs und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser charmanten Wohnung. Check in super erklärt, ständiger Kontakt mit der Vermieter möglich mit schnellen Antworten. Super Aussicht, ruhige Umgebung, auch den ruhigen Strand haben wir auf den komfortablen Liegen sehr genossen. Die Wohnung bietet einfach alles! Gleich bei der Anlage gibt es ein nettes Restaurant, mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergang. War für uns wichtig, da wir am Abend nicht mehr mit dem Rad die steile Straße rauf fahren wollten. Danke für die wunderschönen erholsamen Tage auf diesem schönen Platz. Gerne wieder.

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sehr sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir, inkl unserem Hund, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wieder dort wohnen. Es war einfach nur perfekt.

Am revenit aici pentru a doua oară și cu siguranță nu va fi ultima! Ori de câte ori vom călători în nordul Italiei, cazarea la Alessandro va fi alegerea noastră de suflet. Casa este dotată cu toate facilitățile necesare, perfectă chiar și pentru familii numeroase – noi suntem 2 adulți și 3 copii, iar toți am avut parte de paturi confortabile și odihnitoare. Locația este ideală: poziționată central, aproape de plajă, restaurante și magazine – totul la îndemână, fără a fi nevoie de deplasări lungi. Gazda, Alessandro, este pur și simplu extraordinară. De o discreție și o amabilitate rar întâlnite, mereu atent la detalii – de la băuturile reci care ne așteptau în frigider după un drum lung, până la sfaturile și recomandările oferite cu multă grijă, doar atunci când aveam nevoie. Această cazare a devenit pentru noi un loc drag, familiar, în care vom reveni mereu cu drag. O experiență de 5 stele!

Die Unterkunft war toll - sehr sauber und die Lage zum Meer wirklich super. Maurizio ist ein toller Gastgeber und war jederzeit erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft waren sogar ein paar Getränke und Snacks vor Ort, toll falls man auch mal später ankommt und nichts mehr einkaufen kann. Auch der große überdachte Balkon ist super, da wir am ersten Tag etwas Regen hatten und die Kinder so trotzdem draußen spielen konnten. :-) Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder. :-)

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

Vito's apartment was perfect for our wonderful stay in Venice. We didn't need our car once as the bus to Venice is so close by. Vito's apartment is exactly as pictured and perfectly clean and tidy. Everything you need is there for a great stay. The bed is super comfortable and there are extra pillows and blankets supplied too. Vito was super attentive and helpful, there is an extensive information book and map in the apartment for guests, which is really handy as well. Vito's suggestions were all perfect and greatly appreciated. Great apartment and great hosts, thankyou :-)

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft und Alessandro als Gastgeber sehr zufrieden. Viel Platz und alles was man bei einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Ein Highlight ist die sehr große Balkonterasse. Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah am Strand. Ca. 5min zu Fuss. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der unmittelbarer Nähe und auch kleinere Supermärkte. Die Lage war wirklich top. Alessandro ist ein super freundlicher und netter Gastgeber. Er hat immer bei Fragen sehr schnell reagiert und war sehr hilfreich. Ihm war es sehr wichtig, dass wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohl fühlen.

Man tritt aus der Tür und ist mitten im Leben der Altstadt mit all seinen Restaurants und Cafes. Für uns und unseren Kurzurlaub (3 Übernachtungen) war das Appartement absolut perfekt. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar und für uns wurden sogar 2 Liegen mit Sonnenschirm kostenlos reserviert. Das Appartement ist neu renoviert und bietet genügend Platz für 2 Personen. Auch mit 4 Personen lässt es sich dort wahrscheinlich bequem leben. Das Appartement besteht aus einem großen Wohnraum mit Blick auf die Piazza Pio X., ein großes geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Bett, eine kleine nette Küche und ein sehr schönes Bad mit Walk-In-Dusche. Signora Giuliana ist eine sehr nette, humorvolle und jung gebliebene Person. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pięknie urządzone mieszkanie, Elizabeth zadbała o każdy szczegół, ma swój styl. Wyposażone we wszystko co niezbędne do spędzenia urlopu. Ma miejsce w zamykanym garażu, gospodarz informuje, że nie jest przystosowane do parkowania długim samochodem, mimo to mnie udało się zaparkować autem o długości 4,63 m :). Gospodarz bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny. Gorąco polecam.

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Logement très spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Stephano est très réactif et disponible. Logement à recommander à 10 minutes de La place Saint Marc.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. You’ll have a GREAT time here :)

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Terrassen und die gute Lage in Bezug auf Bademöglichkeiten, Restaurants und dem kulturellen Leben. In Piran ist immer was los. Am Wochenende konnten wir tolle Livemusik erleben.
