Myriam and Samir were very good at welcoming us and were very clear in their instructions. Apartment matches the photo, in a well-served and very pleasant place.

This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . I will stay at Florence and Christophe's apartment again because we had a pleasant weekend at their place, although we were there for an event in Guignes, we took the trouble to note that all around there was a grocery store, a bakery and free parking a few steps from the apartment

Such a great place! Perfect location to access the chateau and its gardens. Walking distance from the little shops in Avon (boulangerie, small market on Saturday, small grocery store). The apartment looks exactly as the photos describe it, I would even say better! It's very neat and clean, nicely decorated and has everything one needs for a stay in Fontainebleau. We loved it and can only recommend it to people visiting the area :)

Very nice accommodation, comfortable and well located in Melun. Jeremy is very responsive and responds quickly to messages. Highlight for the kitchen which is very well equipped and for the cleanliness of the accommodation. I would definitely stay again for short or long stays

What a wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting, we would recommend without hesitation and would love to stay here again. I must agree with a previous review and say it’s better than the photos. Lots of space, everything you need, and a very nice host. There are about three flights of stairs the last being a little steep. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything we needed for our two week stay. The small patio in the backyard that was “ours” was very nice and overlooked their beautiful garden. Whether it be looking out the windows or sitting on the dock on the Seine, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the barge traffic go back-and-forth, not to mention the rowers and kayakers, etc. The town is very nice, albeit about a 30 minute walk to the center, with a patisserie, a great fully stocked grocery store, a good pharmacy and some nice restaurants. Fontainebleau is a lovely town only a 5 or 6 minute car ride away and the Fontainebleau forest has many trails

We had a lovely stay at Fabrice's place. The house has a modern kitchen with everything you could need. Bathroom and bedrooms excellent. The house and garden is situated on the river Loigne and is very private. The surrounding nature is beuautiful . The garden is enormous. There is a canoe and a kayak you use. It is difficult to describe how nice the house and surrounding is, we will certainly be back !

We spent two nights at Dorian's place. The apartment was clean and the host was always responsive to our questions. If we go back to Paris, we won't hesitate to rebook it

Had a lovely 3 night stay in a very private, well equipped house. Very secure garden for our two dogs. kitchen had everything you needed and plenty of outside seating to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Didier was very responsive to any questions that we had. Perfect. Thanks

We spent a few very relaxing days at Agathe's. The house is very welcoming and well-equipped, the garden charming and the village very quiet. It immediately felt good there. Possibility of nice walks nearby, in the forest and along the Seine. Very pleasant. Finally Agathe is very available and responsive.

We had a pleasant time at the little castle, the hostess was very welcoming and very friendly We'll definitely be back :)

The perfect spot to stay if you're in the area for some bouldering! We had everything we needed for a really easy stay. Great communication before and during our stay. The flat is really close to the Halle and the local bakeries. It's really close to bouldering spots, and we appreciated the additional two crash pads that were provided. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

Between two houses, I lived for 2 months with Lénaïk and Jean-Luc, in a neighborhood that I know well. The studio is perfectly equipped, very well located, within walking distance of the RER and the center while being quiet. Very pleasant to live in, a real little cocoon, so much so that I had a hard time leaving it. The hosts are lovely. Being able to park your vehicle in the courtyard is an undeniable plus. Thanks!!!

Lovely flat - we really liked the outdoor area. There was an issue we identified with one of the shutters on arrival but it was fixed promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

I spent a month and a half in the accommodation for professional reasons. Everything was as advertised, clean, pleasant, if I have the opportunity to come back to the area, I will gladly return to the accommodation.
