Holiday rentals with a patio in La Roche-sur-Yon

We spent a weekend in this accommodation with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in accordance with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained arrival. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well placed to discover the city on foot. I highly recommend it ☀️

Clean and very well-equipped apartment, comfortable bedding. The terrace is extremely pleasant and the neighborhood is quiet. The photos and description match reality. We had a very good stay. Hélène and Gregor are responsive and pleasant. Everything is accessible on foot; about 10 minutes to the train station and 15 to the beach and the city center: the location allows you to radiate throughout the city. I would recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back

We had a wonderful few days, the accommodation is ideally located 2 steps from the sea, which you can hear from the house, very quiet neighborhood ideal for resting, the house is exactly as in the photos. If you have a pet, the accommodation is secure and the nearest beaches are dog-friendly. And the best part of this stay is the welcome from our host Carolina, her little touches for us as well as our dog and her responsiveness in case of problems.

Very nice week. We (4 adults and 2 children) were very warmly welcomed by Françoise and Gérald. The cottage is beautiful, quiet and it is very easy to park. It is very clean and well-equipped. The garden and pool located behind the house is a peaceful oasis where we were able to relax. It is well located and we were able to go on our excursions (La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin, Sables d'Olonne, Puy du Fou), everything was at a reasonable distance (45-55 minutes). Shops nearby.

We had a lovely stay at this place. A peaceful and pleasant place furnished with taste. Everything is there to spend comfortable moments. A nice advantage regarding its proximity to the Puy du Fou that we were able to visit on these 3 days.

I highly recommend Françoise's accommodation in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for a pleasant stay close to shops. Françoise is a welcoming and caring host who advises and guides with pleasure, the discovery of the surroundings! I won't hesitate for a moment to come back with my eyes closed! We enjoyed the beautiful, very spacious accommodation! Was fully equipped and matched Tony's description. It is very nice that screens were recently installed in the bedrooms. In addition, the shutters and the thick walls keep the heat in well. We have enjoyed walking and cycling in the immediate vicinity.

The accommodation was ideally located and very functional. We were very well received by Sandrine, she advised us well for the shops and restaurants nearby. We recommend this rental and do not rule out returning soon.

We had a great time despite fickle weather at the end of April. Julie's house is fantastic. A really nice decor, and remarkable cleanliness in all the rooms and especially in the kitchen. When the sun finally appeared, we were able to enjoy the terrace by the pool for lunch, a treat. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Very good stay at Angelique and Christophe's. The residence is very well located on the island and pedestrian access to the fleet is very fast. The accommodation is refurbished, very tasteful and the layout is functional. The bedding is great😊. Angelique is very responsive and attentive. I'll be back 😊

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Very good stay spent at Sébastien's. Clean and ideally located accommodation. Sébastien is a responsive host and available if needed. I recommend it.

Great stay!! We highly recommend the accommodation for its location, activities and 100m from the port!! Our host was great and explained the surroundings to us very well. And the most, parking! We will come back without hesitation:)
