Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Riche

Super equipped accommodation, very clean, tastefully decorated, quiet but a 10-minute walk from the city center. We were warmly greeted upon arrival. We'll be back with pleasure and recommend it unreservedly!

Laure's apartment is faithful to its description. Less than 5 minutes' walk from Les Halles and 3 minutes from the center. The neighborhood is quiet. Secure parking is a plus. Laure is very responsive. We would recommend this listing.

I had a great 5 week stay in Sophie's lovely studio. I felt "like family" there. Indeed, Sophie is very welcoming, friendly and attentive to the comfort and well-being of her tenants. She picked me up from the train station and took me there several times. She made sure several times that I didn't miss anything. The studio is part of a pretty old house divided into several lots. It is comfortable and has all the necessary items for a long stay, with access to a washer and dryer in the main house. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained. Recommended unreservedly. Short though it was! The apartment, meanwhile, is perfectly arranged and you'll find everything you need. Thanks again for everything.

I was met at the entrance by Michelle who was absolutely lovely. She patiently showed me every nuance making sure I was comfortable including walking me to the car park. This place is located in a busy area with everything you can need - even a grocery store ( thanks, Michelle, for pointing that out). Quick walk to the train. Easy to drive in and out of the city.

Good place to stop off at on our travels

Karine, is a thoughtful host. I had never woken up in a rental with warm croissants waiting for us. We had the flexibility to check out, as there were no other guests afterwards. We felt very good on this well-appointed terrace. It was a great place for our romantic weekend and we sincerely thank Karine.

We really liked the stay at the house, very quiet area and the host was very friendly.

Very friendly and pro-active hosts who respected our privacy. We absolutely loved the huge enclosed garden for our dogs and enjoyed our sundowner next to the river. We regretted not booking longer but we will return to explore the area. We highly recommend this gite if you enjoy tranquility and beautiful surroundings.

Studio as described, in a very quiet building while being ideally located. (Proximity to shops, restaurants, places to visit...) Pierre and Kari are very responsive and the communication was very nice.

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.

My wife and I stayed for one night while traveling. Albert met us in person, showed us the reserved parking space almost in front of the entrance, and escorted us to the apartment. The apartment is small, everything is very compact. But for one night it was quite comfortable. If you need parking for a day or two, you can't find a better offer!
