Holiday rentals with a fireplace in La Richardais

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Logement très bien placé avec des commerces très proches. Le centre-ville de Saint Malo est accessible à pied se qui évite de subir les bouchons pour trouver une place. Le logement est sympa adresse a garder pour un prochain passage à Saint Malo. L hôte très serviable et de bon conseil.

Très bon séjour chez Muriel et Denis. Heures d'arrivée et de départ flexible. Petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Bien situé pour visiter les principaux sites dans un rayon de 30 minutes. Très bien équipé. Literie confortable. Environnement calme. Le plus, la véranda très bien exposé qui permet de se croire dehors dès qu'il y a un rayon de soleil.

We loved our stay here. It was so charming. Helene’s parents went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. From cookies and local cider at arrival to fresh pastries before we left on our drive into Paris, they were warm and helpful. The house had everything we needed and more to feel comfortable..We were so happy to have met this lovely family and stay in their guest home. We would definitely love to visit again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une maison vraiment agréable avec un bel extérieur paisible. Le logement est bien situé, proche des commerces de première nécessité, de la mer et des grandes villes si besoin, le tout au calme. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night to be in the area of Mont Saint Michel because we were doing a tour of it the next day. You can see it from Cancale and it’s only a 35 minute drive The minute we walked into the Airbnb we were charmed. So much thought and nuance has been put into the place! We were impressed how well he used the space that he had to make the renovations he did. The shower was great, worked well and the whole apartment was super clean and had a very pleasant smell. The free parking is basically on top of the Airbnb and short two minute walk down some charming slate stairs. Even the parking lot overlooking the whole bay was like a big open arm welcome. We don’t like oysters or much seafood but if you do this is the place to get it. They are famous for their oysters! Definitely recommend, and also recommend other Airbnb hosts to stay there; to see how it’s done!

A lovely apartment in the heart of St Malo. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars and amenities at your doorstep. The apartment itself has beautiful decor, is clean, and well equipped with a great kitchen and bathroom. Steve, the host, is very responsive. Easy check in and check out processes. A wonderful find, highly recommend!

Très belle maison. De grands espaces à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur. Située dans une belle région près de la mer: Saint-Briac, Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint-Malo… L’hôte, Daniele, très réactif. Nous aurions aimé y séjourner plus longtemps. C’est la preuve que nous sommes très satisfaits!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der umwerfenden Landschaft, dem gepflegten Haus und dem naturnahen Garten sehr genossen. 🫶 Durchweg perfekt. 👍Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! 🙌 Lieb gemeinter Optimierungsvorschlag: Bitte mehr Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern. Man nimmt ja immer bissle mehr zum Anziehen mit. 😉

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse et bien agencée, adaptée aux grands et aux petits, à 5min à pied du centre-ville de Cancale et 15min à pieds du port. Brigitte est une hôte très gentille et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 3 familles sans jamais nous marcher dessus !

Nous avons séjourné à 6 (2 couples et 2 personnes individuelles) avec nos chiens pendant 3 jours dans la maison de Nicolas pour passer un week-end anniversaire en famille. Séjour impec de A à Z. À quelques pas de la plage, la maison est magnifique, avec un beau jardin (bien clôturé, parfait pour enfants et chiens) et une magnifique vue sur la mer. La maison est équipée comme si on allait chez soi - literie super confortable, cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour s’éclater au aux fourneaux. Le grand plus: certaines chambres ont un lavabo, comme dans le temps. Avec les 2 salles de bain et les 2 toilettes séparées, ça a permis de ne jamais avoir de fil d’attente pour se laver ou aller au toilettes. Nicolas et le service de conciergerie sur place sont avenants, très sympathiques et nous ont filé quelques tuyaux sympas niveau restaurant. Il nous a malheureusement manqué le temps pour profiter de la belle terrasse et son barbecue. Une prochaine fois peut-être… ☺️. Merci Nicolas.

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Un lieu idéal pour se retrouver en famille et profiter pour visiter le mont saint Michel et Cancal . La maison est spacieuse et bien pensée pour profiter paisiblement du lieu. Oiseaux, lièvres et chant du coq sur la terrasse nous on accompagné au petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Et un grand merci à Sophie de nous permettre de voyager avec nos animaux à 4 pattes.
