Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Fast WIFI, Netflix. Important: Tourist Tax (6 euro per person/day) already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

Important: the cleaning fee of €50.00 was not included in your booking because it will only be charged for stays actually enjoyed. Therefore they will have to be paid in cash at check-in. the cot and high chair each have an additional cost of 5€ per day.

Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable, un coin de verdure au calme, loin du tumulte, parfait après une journée à sillonner les rues et les monuments de Rome. La villa est spacieuse et confortable, la piscine est un écrin de détente. Concernant la villa, rien ne manque, l'aménagement à été pensé et la cuisine réunie tous les objets du quotidien afin de préparer un bon repas. Chaque demande formulée est prise en compte rapidement par les propriétaires afin que vous puissiez bénéficier des meilleures conditions durant votre séjour. Il est évident que notre prochain passage en cette belle ville de Rome passera par cette location.

Mari is an absolute angel❣️She is super responsive, helpful, and makes you feel right at home. Her home was even more beautiful and spacious than the picture on Airbnb. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and Mari always made sure that I was comfortable and safe. I wasn’t in Rome for too long, but Mari made my time worthwhile with recommendations that made me have the best days ever ✨🥰. This Airbnb is 100% worth it, especially if you don’t mind the commute into the city. It just takes two metro lines with one switch to easily get into the city.
