Great everything, the house is one block from the beach, in a repaired place and with a huge patio. A very good place to get to know La Pedrera.

We had a very nice stay, Matias, the super attentive landlord, always in order and I help us even in situations that I didn't have because. We enjoy beautiful fire pit nights and the tranquility of nature.

Daniela was very attentive to us and was always making sure that we enjoyed our stay at her house, which is impeccably cared for and equipped. We didn't miss anything. The spaces are spacious, having two bathrooms was very comfortable, and the kitchen is large and functional. The garden is beautiful, spacious and full of trees, and the house, thanks to its perimeter wall, is undoubtedly one of the safest in La Pedrera. The location is excellent: just half a block from the most beautiful beach in the resort. We would definitely come back. Thank you Daniela!

There’s absolutely nothing like watching the sunrise from the living room of Diego’s home. Or the moonrise from the front porch. Or doing a workout on the roof listening to the waves and watching the birds fly overhead. Or having a morning coffee in his backyard. His place is a DREAM. And Diego himself is such a doll - proactive, kind, thoughtful. Our family was so grateful to enjoy this gorgeous home and town for a week… wish it was longer!

Beautiful house a few meters from the beach. Large, bright, modern and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable and clean. Toilets too. The neighborhood is very quiet and Carolina recommended excellent places to go shopping, eat out and discover the area. The house does not have a washing machine but you can leave the clothes in a specialized shop in the village in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon.

The house is very comfortable, in a very good location, with everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Close to the beach and with a view of it from the dex. A recommended place and to which I would gladly return.

Monica's place is amazing. Perfect location, beach-front, modern, beautiful, contemplative and super equipped. Appreciate the sunset of the courtyard of the house, aiming at the sea, is indescribable. Really, a beautiful experience was our stay in this house. Hosts are to be congratulated.

Nice place with a very good location. Its balcony in front with shade, garden and privacy ideal for drinking mate.

We found our place in the world in Facundo's depto: it is located on the beach line in La Balconada, the sunrises and sunsets that entered our living room dining room were unforgettable. Tableware and bedding 10, cleaning 10 in end..... Ahh, and has lounge chairs and umbrella , that's more!!! WE RECOMMEND AND WE WILL BE HAPPY AGAIN.
