Borgo Saturno: Entire villa.

Our house at the foot of the Modenese Apennines is inside an old village, former paternal residence from which it is named "Saturno". The villa, located in a beautiful hilly area, is built on 2 levels with a size of about 150 square meters. On the ground floor, there is the living room with TV and sofa, plus a habitable kitchen. Climbing the stairs we find a double room with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom, plus terrace with views on both sides of the Apennines.

L'appartamento è inoltre provvisto di aria condizionata, allarme antintrusione e un’ampio parcheggio, gratuito. Nello stesso stabile è presente una lavanderia a gettoni.

The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
