Great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing amazing amazing. 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in San Salvador to book this place. the team is amazing and always responsive, they even coordinated with my family when i left a few things behind. The building itself is very safe, secure, with lovely staff and two ample parking spots which are right next to the entrance and elevator. From there, you take an elevator to the 3rd floor where you'll find the unit in impeccable shape, with a stunning view of the city. Large living room and kitchen, two large bedrooms. Master bedroom has a large king with ample closet space and its own bathroom en-suite. The second bedroom is ample too with two Full beds and its full bathroom directly infront of it. On the rooftop there is a terrace with the best views of the city, and the full washer/dryer in its own room was amazing. We WILL be back!

Perfect for our family. So clean and free of clutter. The beds are very comfortable. Really quiet at night. The ACs work really well. Great location for us. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Compararía esta experiencia a algo similar a hospedarse en un hotel o incluso mejor, debido a la comodidad y excelente atención y detalle que ofrece este apartamento.

Perfección. Definitivamente ha sido el mejor airbnb en el que me he quedado en cuanto a apartamentos de la ciudad. El lugar se siente muy acogedor, muy bien decorado, claras instrucciones de que hacer y que no hacer por todos lados. El lugar tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario, la vista desde el balcón es preciosa, y hay muchos buenos lugares para comer y distraerse cerca. Recomiendo quedarse en este apartamento a cualquier persona que necesite un lugar bonito en la ciudad, no puedo esperar para volver unas cuantas noches más en el futuro.

Buena vista y en una buena zona

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia durante nuestra estancia de cuatro días en Avitat Fit. Fuimos en plan familiar y encontramos un lugar ideal para el descanso. La zona es muy tranquila y de fácil acceso, con la ventaja de estar cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias y otros servicios, sin perder la serenidad de un entorno residencial. El apartamento es nuevo, con mobiliario en excelente estado, y las áreas comunes se mantienen impecablemente limpias. Un punto destacado fue la amabilidad y disposición de los anfitriones, siempre atentos y dispuestos a responder cualquier consulta. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar y volveríamos encantados.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful-clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchenware to household items, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were especially impressed by the abundance of toiletries provided-such a nice touch! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

No tuve la oportunidad de quedarme en el airbnb de Raymundo, pero si así como comunican las cosas y están pendiente de uno a pesar de que tocó cancelar la reservación por cuestiones fuera del alcance de Raymundo la co-host y mías, no dudo que el lugar hubiera sido una bonita experiencia

we had a relaxing time at Boris's home. Slept comfortably, cook and do laundry before our trip back home. Centrally located and can walk to shopping. Safe, excellent neighborhood for kids to walk to playground.

La casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada. Me gusto mucho el lugar; es un lugar tranquilo y seguro; lo que más me encanto es la ubicación en la que está. Ya que está muy cerca un centro comercial para desayunar y realizar mis compras. 😍👏✨

I truly loved this place. As a Salvadoran it met all of my expectations while vacationing here. From views, to convenience, to location it was a place that only being there in person does it justice! I’ve traveled all of El Salvador and staying in this private community and being able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset with a beautiful view by the pool was by far top notch. One of my favorite restaurants was walking distance and being able to enjoy the close desserts shops, surf city, and the super selectos (grocery store), was icing on the cake! Sergio and Wendy were great hosts and know how to make a guest feel special.

Best Airbnb I have rented in Latin America by far!!!! My retreat guests and I absolutely loved the Nakamoto surf house. The views are incredible, the pool is gorgeous, and the rooftop was perfect for sunrise yoga. All good things to say about this place, the owners, and the staff. They are all so incredibly friendly and I would absolutely love to come back! Highly recommend.

Very nice place with beautiful views of the lake. The pool really made our stay better than average. The stairs are a real negative, but we got around that. Excellent place to stay. I will probably consider coming back.
