Соседи дома тихие и аккуратные.В квартире абсолютно все что нужно для долгого проживания и для посещения пляжа. Мы не имели никаких проблем с горячей водой. Климат в квартире очень хороший, кондиционер не нужен. Легко и удобно добраться в любую точку острова. Рядом с домом супермаркеты, парк с фонтанами и детской площадкой. До пляжа идти 5 минут. Расположение очень удачное! Хозяин очень быстро отвечает на все вопросы, доброжелательный и внимательный. Мы остались очень довольны квартирой!

Raport calitate-pret excelent! Privelistea este minunata! Ai in jur multe restaurante, cafenele, baruri, supermarketuri. Apartamentul e foarte curat, si am avut mult lucruri extra. In afara de prosoapele de plaja avut si fier de calcat, lada frigorifica, si era si un carucior de copil acolo. Curatenie exemplara, totul merge bine atat la bucatarie cat si la baie. Patul este foarte confortabil. O mica dificultate poate fi cu locurile de parcare. Sunt multe parcari etajate in zona, dar sunt destul de scumpe (15€/zi) iar in parcarea mai ieftina, de pe strada, nu orea sunt locuri, doar supa ora 22. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic si as recomanda aceasta cazare tuturor.

This is a fantastic penthouse apartment. Modern, stylish, spacious and spotlessly clean. The privacy and ocean views are second to none. We didn’t bother with a hire car but chose to use buses instead. These are inexpensive and reliable and you are very well connected to many locations on the island. Kike was responsive, kind and flexible. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful family stay at this lovely accommodation in Las Palmas. The apartment was spotless, well-appointed, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach and with excellent public transport links right on the doorstep. One of the highlights was the stunning view, which made every morning feel like a holiday postcard. The children and I were able to walk almost everywhere, and on the few occasions we needed transport, the buses were incredibly convenient, stopping right in front of the property. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. It was convenient, comfortable, and truly made our trip memorable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Las Palmas.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Außerdem hat sie eine sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Meer und man kann von dort alles gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Alejandra war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer für uns erreichbar war und einen guten Tipp auf Lager hatte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wat een geweldige locatie en schitterend appartement. Het prive dakterras is de slagroom op de taart. Werkelijk heerlijk. Midden in de oude stadswijk Vegueta maar toch super rsutig. Hosts zijn erg vriendelijk en alert. Complimenten👏👏👏

Le séjour était agréable, l'appartement était agréable et propre, l'emplacement est magnifique, en plein centre ville, près de tous, le hôte était très réactif, je retournerai sans hésitation.

The photos do not do the view justice, so peaceful listening to the sea throughout the day. Incredible scenery surrounding the place, with many places to go swimming or snorkelling. What an incredible island, would suggest hiring a car to explore the island to its fullest. Toño was helpful recommending things to do as well as being flexible and an all round amazing host. Would 100% recommend

I’m sure this has been said already in other reviews but Villa Morelli was extremely well appointed and immaculately presented. In a private setting but close enough to walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Loved the sound system and the iPad controls for the outdoor lighting, added an extra premium touch. Pool was lovely and warm and very relaxing - 5 stars from us!

We had the most wonderful week long stay at this stunning villa. We travelled as a family of 6 adults and our 9 month old grandchild. Flo was an amazing host, very communicative, responsive to our requests. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived later in the evening, Flo still greeted us upon arrival and we felt very welcome. The villa was very well presented, clean, well equipped with everything you would need for the stay and felt home from home. The beds were comfy too. There was the most beautiful pool and garden area including dining area, bbq, sunbeds, pool towels and shaded comfortable seating area. As a family we loved being outside. We hired cars from the airport, which was about a 30 minute drive to the villa. As a family we felt this was a must to have cars as the nearby shops, beaches and restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive away. We had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend. Thank you Flo for your hospitality.

Fantastic house on a small street within easy walking distance both to the sandy beach and to the rocky beautiful area off the town. Very friendly hosts, always responsive. And the house itself - brand new, very comfy beds, fully equipped and very spacious, with the “inner terrace” with jacuzzi a great highlight. Definitely recommended!

This is honestly the best villa I’ve ever booked. It was spotlessly clean - felt like we were the very first guests. The villa is beautifully furnished, fully equipped with everything you might need, and features a private pool, as well as an incredible view. The host was kind and helpful, and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

L’esperienza presso la casa di Antonio è stata spettacolare. Iniziamo col dire che lui, sin dal primo momento, è stato molto disponibile nei nostri confronti. L’abitazione è praticamente un sogno: appartamento super moderno posto dinnanzi la spiaggia di LAS CANTERAS. Ristoranti TOP sul lungo mare. Che dire? La casa es magnífica, decorada con mucho detalle y coqueta. Responde perfectamente a las fotos publicadas. Muy céntrica, a un par de minutos de la calle Triana y tiene un bar con desayunos (churros) justo abajo. Magnífica estancia, super recomendable.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Cordelia, mit vielen Wanderungen in der spektakulären Landschaft dieser Region! Cornelia ist eine sehr liebenswürdig Gastgeberin, kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste und und ist immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und hat alles was man erwarten kann. Der Luxus von frisch vom Baum gepflückt Orangen und Zitronen ist toll. Durch das Gekrähe von Hähne und Pfauen in der Gegend sollte man sich nicht gestört fühlen. Die Aussicht über das Tal ist wunderschön! Die steile Zufahrt ist für ängstliche Autofahrer etwas herausfordernd, aber wer die Straßen in Gran Canaria befährt muß sowieso mutig sein! Vielen Dank für diese Zeit in deiner schönen Finka!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Anlage und der Ausblick waren wunderschön und größtenteils wirklich sehr ruhig. Es entsprach alles den Bildern. Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben immer gut einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Amazing stay at Phillip’s place! The highlight was definitely the incredible view from the rooftop jacuzzi – absolutely stunning. Communication with Phillip was smooth and easy. He’s very attentive and truly cares about the comfort of his guests. I’ll 100% be coming back – highly recommended!

Todo ha sido impecable. La comunicación con Alicia, la estadía. Todo ha sido como esperado. El apartamento moderno, con todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodos. La zona muy tranquila, se consigue sitio para aparcar el coche en los alrededores con facilidad. Las instalaciones de la comunidad son impecables, con salida directa a la playa. Nada de qué reclamar. Volveremos con seguridad!

Great apartment, definitely a lot of care went into it New, spacious and very clean, minutes away from the beach perfect for a longer stay

Das Apartment und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Bushaltestelle oder beim Taxi. Es gibt einen großen Pool sowie direkten Strandzugang. Bei unserer Ankunft standen gekühlte Getränke und Snacks für uns bereit. Die Kommunikation vorab und auch während des Aufenthaltes war unkompliziert und Monica antwortete schnell auf meine Nachrichten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wie haben 17 Tage in Marias Unterkunft verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und die Küche super ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Der Ort Salinetas hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Ein netter Ort mit einem tollen Strand. Bäckerei ist direkt nebenan und ein Spar ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons séjourné à 4 et c’était parfait. Le logement était très propre et contenant tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour, le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Il est à 10min à pieds de la plage et dispose d’une station de bus directement en face de l’immeuble ce qui est très pratique. L’hôte était très agréable et réactif. L’hôte nous a autorisé à faire le check in plutôt étant donné sur l’appartement était déjà prêt ce qui était très appréciable. Je recommande
