Kasia and Anthony's house was perfect for our weekend with friends. The land is huge, well maintained. The pool and terrace are very nice. And the rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding. The house in its likeness is really tastefully decorated and we would have stayed a little longer! All communication with Kasia and Anthony, and with Sandrine on site, went very well, everything was simple and smooth. Thank you very much

This little house is perfect for holidays! Everything is qualitative, comfortable and neat, the equipment is well thought out, there is space, the decor of the house is very nice and refined, access to the garden is a real pleasure, with all the garden furniture available. A house in which you want to spend time! It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but close to the center of the village on foot and the beach. Free parking 50 m away is very convenient. Alain is a welcoming, pleasant, attentive and very discreet host. You can go there with your eyes closed, beautiful holidays guaranteed!

The house perfectly reflects the description and Jeanne is really a caring person giving advices and sharing also her knowledge and tips ans tricks about the regions. The house was super clean. The house is perfectly located, 3 minutes walk from the daily market with local producers and from The haven and the restaurants. The street is super quiet as only accessible to people living in the street. Ars en Ré was for us the best town as it combines the small shops, some restaurants, the daily market and you can reach the other towns easily by bike. We had a great week in Jeanne’s house.

Beautiful house that met our expectations perfectly or even more, neat decoration, modern, suitable amenities. We were 3 couples and two cars that we were able to park on the grounds, it was perfect. Close to the sea, shops... And without forgetting a thought for our hosts, who were very responsive, very attentive. Super nice stay in a house where we felt good.

We booked the weekend of the ascension with our children and grandchildren for our 40th wedding anniversary. We were 8 adults and 2 children. The description of the house is completely in line with reality. The house is very functional and the decoration is not impersonal. We feel like it's a friend who is offering us his house. The organization of the stay was perfect both in terms of contacts with Emmanuel and with Valérie who managed our arrival on site and explained everything to us about the house. We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

Very nice house, very clean with quality amenities. Quiet place. We encountered a small problem with the pool and Thibaut was very responsive in trying to resolve the problem remotely , even if the problem was not completely resolved, but we were able to enjoy it and have a good holiday.

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. My family and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Pascale and Laurent's beautiful, very well-equipped and characterful home! A perfect place for a family gathering, with spacious and comfortable living spaces inside and out to chat and relax and the sparkling pool and table tennis table for a little light exercise! The fascinating historical port city of La Rochelle is less than half an hour away by bus and the Atlantic with access to coast paths is nearby. We enjoyed a visit to the Sunday market in the square in Nieul sur Mer followed by un petit cafe en terrasse at the inviting and friendly Bistrot de la Place. We much appreciated the possibility of an early check in and Stephanie, Pascale and Laurent's local agent, was most helpful as well as friendly and welcoming, responding immediately to any queries we had. Merci beaucoup!!

Beautiful and very well-equipped house. The pool is large and the summer kitchen is very nice. We were 2 families with kids and we didn't feel cramped. The pool was malfunctioning but the owner was responsive unlike the concierge. We recommend eyes closed.

Very nice family stay with good weather, everyone enjoyed the safe pool for children, very clean rental with three bathrooms with shower, so no waste of time waiting for everyone. Marie-Noelle is a very warm and welcoming person. I recommend the rental, because it's very quiet and close to shops.

We stayed in a group of 8 for a week in winter in this very spacious and comfortable place. The reality is even more beautiful than the photos. The house is nestled on the edge of the forest, you can walk through it to access a very beautiful sandy beach. The vast outdoor space is certainly very pleasant in summer. A big thank you to Michel who gave us a warm and efficient welcome. If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable and quiet house, don't hesitate!

We had the most perfect stay. Jerome and his family greeted us and were very helpful and kind and friendly. The facilities were perfect for family living. The pool was excellent. The beds were really comfortable and the blackout blinds allowed us all to sleep so well. For runners/walkers/cyclists - the surroundings are perfect - lots of flat paths to follow through fields without cars! Beautiful sunsets 🌅 too! Fantastic local amenities (park, supermarket, boulangerie etc) and only a short drive to La Rochelle. We didn’t want to leave! We will certainly be returning in the future! Thanks so so much. A beautiful house situated in a lovely quiet area of La Flotte. Great for access to the harbour and all its shops and restaurants. Our host Tristan was excellent, very good communications throughout. Thoroughly recommend for a great stay in La Flotte.

Our stay at Emilie’s place was great! The house is very clean and modern with a lovely garden area which was perfect for our little one. 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Lovely quiet town which was walkable from the house. Great location to get to nearby towns. We couldn’t use the pool unfortunately due to it being very cold, I would be mindful booking this time of year again as the heating was not on in the pool. Would have been great to have this. Emilie was a great host, very responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We would come back again as a family for sure. Thank you for having us.
