Family-friendly holiday rentals in La Faute-sur-Mer

Stay from June 6 to 9, 2025. Beautiful peaceful place and not overlooked. Close to the beach and close to the forest, offering superb walks. House faithful to the description and the reviews correspond exactly to what we found with extremely friendly, available and caring hosts. The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful week. Fred and Sabrina could not have made us feel more welcome. Would highly recommend this for a couple looking for a relaxing break close to many areas of interest. Every need was catered for and more and went way beyond our expectations. Very nice people.

Great stay at Cathy and Marco's! The place is beautiful, peaceful and ideal for nature lovers. Birdsong replaces the hum of cars, as few vehicles circulate nearby. A true haven of peace! Hosts are warm, flexible and available. The house is full of charm and reflects the personality of its owners! Well-equipped, cooking is a pleasure. The jacuzzi works well, is very clean and well equipped in a closable glass roof. The view adds to the SPA experience! The outdoor area and garden is very pleasant: covered table, deckchairs and ping pong are available. Our cat also enjoyed it a lot, and in complete safety even outside! 1 small weekend spent with friends. Great welcome from louis with a place as described. 1 peaceful place to unwind. There is nothing missing, I recommend it.

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

A very nice weekend spent with the family at Franck's, who welcomed me with a smile.😊 28-degree swimming pool, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden , pool , terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Happy hosting and maybe see you next time.😃

We had a great time at this lovely house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, and is very quiet and private. The welcome was very nice and an added bonus was generously allowing our children to play with some beach toys stored at the house. The house is five minutes from an excellent bakery, pizza place and bar / cafe and ten minutes walk from a lovely beach.

We had a very good stay. Pleasant, smiling host, making herself available if needed and concerned about our comfort. Respect for our tranquility. Very responsive by email.

Christophe is a charming and very hospitable and friendly host. Welcome drink was on the table upon arrival, very nice! He is very attentive and has good tips for the area. Also responds directly to any question you ask. It is a very nice place to stay and to explore the neighborhood: the beach is beautiful and the sea too! We were able to park the car in the driveway, but there is also a garage. The backyard is completely private and fully fenced, ideal for a dog. We found the electric shutters for all the windows in the house to be a plus: so you can really sleep in the dark. After a nice holiday week, we unfortunately had to go home again :)

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. We had a very good stay in this apartment on the occasion of a wedding in the area. The location is perfect, very central, which allowed us to do everything on foot. The accommodation is clean, well furnished and very pleasant to live in. Ideal for enjoying the island! Thanks again for hosting us! We'll be back :)

Beautiful house, typically Retaise as described in the listing. Spacious for 8 people. The garden is just beautiful, with heated pool. Everything is planned for a great stay. In addition, is very well located, between Le Bois, La Couarde and Saint Martin. Catherine is very responsive when you ask her for anything. We'll be happy to go back.

Clean and well-located studio, very good bed, nice small balcony for breakfasts, I used the pool, sauna and steam room with satisfaction. We are barely 10 minutes from the port of St Martin de Ré, we will be happy to come back, thank you Jacky for your welcome and Pascal for his accommodation

Great stay at Chris's in Loix! Very nice and functional house, a quality exterior. Ideally located for cycling around the island. Loix is a very pretty village away from major sights. Our host was very responsive in answering our questions. Recommended

A nice little studio! I spent only one night, I would have liked to stay longer! I recommend it!

After the friendly welcome, we received many valuable tips from Christine for organizing our stay. The hosts created privacy for us and were still available as a contact person. The apartment was very well equipped and we felt very comfortable.
