Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Cluse-et-Mijoux

I'm happy to have discovered this quiet oasis in the Vallamand vineyards. Naomi and Romain were there when I needed them but left enough privacy even though they live in the same house. The interaction was very pleasant. The studio is a perfect place for singles with a need for peace and quiet as well as for couples to experience a change of scenery while enjoying the most beautiful view of Lake Murten and the vineyard landscape. The patio is like in another world, the decor is simple but very atmospheric. A Denner is easily accessible nearby via a walk. I would love to come back another time because I feel like I'm born again after the stay. Thank you Naomi and Romain for the wonderful stay!

I spent three peaceful nights here and couldn’t have asked for more. The house is cozy and beautifully located with mountain views and a stunning terrace complete with a fireplace — perfect for unwinding. Janette was a warm and generous host, taking the time to show me around the property and the region, with helpful recommendations and maps. The house is easily accessible by car and ideal for both short and longer stays. note that it seemed like the nearby town doesn’t have much in terms of shops or restaurants, so having a car makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

We had a very good weekend with the family, the chalet is beautiful, very comfortable and very well equipped. Fully compliant with photos and description. The views are great. We really liked the accommodation as well as the city of Métabief! It is ideally located in relation to the activities around it. The accommodation is very pleasant especially after a day of hiking in the mountains.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in! The host is kind, responsive, and extraordinary helpful. We felt welcomed and right at home. You sleep right beside the stars and wake up to the sun on lake Geneva. Perfection. Plus, all of the extra recommendations and transportation passes are such a bonus!

wow what a beautiful place to wake up every morning with the sun rising over the lake. everything about this place was designed to make us feel well. the apartment is comfortable and welcoming, the scenery is stunning and the surrounding town is a gem. we will certainly stay here again as soon as possible

Beautiful apartment and especially almost new! I liked the smart TV but especially the bathroom! Very functional accommodation! Only downside is the sofa bed squeaks a lot... otherwise my stay was great

We had our summer vacation here. Very clean space and a wonderful swimming pool! Friendly host and always available for any questions.

The apartment was very clean, everything looked exactly like the photos. The check in was straightforward with a key box and we were able to get in earlier than indicated. Patrick even filled the fridge with butter, yogurt, jam, milk and orange juice! Coffee capsules were also available. The bed was very good, we slept great. During our stay, there was a heat wave with over 30 degrees, but the house was pleasantly cool. From the house, you can start walking directly and take walks and also longer hikes. Great for all those who like to be in nature. Patrick has also documented various hikes, excursion destinations, restaurants, shopping facilities and all important telephone numbers in a folder! Great! Although remote, there is some traffic with tractors from the surrounding farms. But maybe that was just because everyone was mowing and bringing in hay. All in all, a top address!

We had a very nice evening and a good night in this accommodation decorated with great taste. The accommodation was super nice, functional and well-equipped. Some even let themselves be tempted by a night in a hammock, a real change of scenery😀.

We enjoyed our stay at Caroline's, Ornans is a beautiful little town and the location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the whole accommodation has a really inviting and cozy feeling.

We had a great welcome from Jean Luc when we arrived, with ideas for walks in Evian and the surrounding area. The apartment is very well located in the center and Lake Evian. The city is nice. The apartment has everything you need (like at home). The garden is pleasant for naps. 😉 We had a great time and recommend.
