Villa holiday rentals in La Clusaz

Antoine et Angélique sont de très bons hôtes. Nous avons été très bien reçu. Nous avons bien sympathisé, ils ont été très avenants, polis et d'une gentillesse ! La maison est très bien agencée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Elle bénéficie d'une vue incroyable dont on ne se lasse jamais, du matin au soir. Le bleu turquoise du lac se marier à merveille avec le vert de la nature environnante. A proximité du lac, l'esplanade du lac très agréable, Aix les bains et de très jolis villages à visiter comme notamment Chanaz. De nombreux et bons restaurants à proximité. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve ! Nous avons apprécié également le bouquet de fleurs et les bonbons 👍 Merci Angélique et Antoine, nous reviendrons certainement vous revoir.

Le logement de Patricia offre une magnifique vue sur le lac d’Annecy. Il est spatieux et parfaitement équipé. Patricia est très sympathique et nous a permis d’arriver un peu en avance par rapport à l’horaire prévu merci à elle. La ville est magnifique et les activités ne manquent pas nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

What a special location!! The property is so large, beautifully landscaped, and surrounded by trees! It feels like a refuge from the busy city. We enjoyed sitting in the yard and watching birds. We even saw a little fox! The inside is lovely too. It’s a comfortable old house, with some nice updates. We loved the decor and all the antique furniture. Plus, it’s so convenient, close to bus and tram lines, and Anne has great recommendations! We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Geneva!

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

La maison est bien équipée, emplacement parfait avec le lac à quelques minutes à pied. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes depuis la piscine !

Ce logement était parfait. Nous étions là pour 3 nuits et 3 jours. Tout correspondait à l’annonce. De plus Maria est une super hôte, attentive à nos besoins et très réactive. Je recommande vivement ce logement et ces hôtes, ils font tout pour permettre à leurs voyageurs d’arriver dans les meilleurs conditions.

Merveilleux séjour dans ce logement confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût .. mes amies et moi étions très heureuses de ces retours de pistes au coin du feu et de cette ambiance chaleureuse comme à la maison .. une note particulière pour Tom qui coche toutes les cases de la gentillesse, de la disponibilité à l’efficacité .. merci à lui pour son aide précieuse 😊🌺👏

Super accueil et très jolie maison. Aurélie est très réactive et arrangeante. La maison est Très propre et bien aménagée. Le jardin très agréable même si proximité avec la route passante. On recommande et on y reviendra si nous repassons dans la région !

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Jean-Christophe. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication, de très bons échanges. Le logement était parfait. L’environnement est très calme et très reposant. La maison est accueillante et familiale. Jean-Christophe a été très disponible, à l’écoute et chaleureux. Merci pour tout. La région est sublime, nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Marie-Laure. La maison est située au calme à proximité du lac. Elle est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour profiter du jardin et de la terrasse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

Le séjour dans la maison de Karine à Challex s’est très bien passé. Sa maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et équipée de tout le nécessaire. Une vue superbe sur la chaîne des Alpes y compris depuis la piscine. Karine est une personne facilement joignable et elle a su être compréhensive lors d’un petit dégât matériel (poignée du frigidaire abîmée) que nous nous sommes proposé de rembourser. Je recommande donc cette maison !

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.

J'ai passé un excellent week-end chez Reymond malgré la circonstance qui m'a conduit à Annemasse. Raymond s'est montré bienveillant à mon égard, il a été très réactif chaque fois que j'ai eu besoinb de lui , les instructions étaient très claires comme de l'eau de source.

Feedback Wir waren im Familienurlaub (mit 2 Kindern und Omas) hier und waren total begeistert! Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See, welcher mit Auto oder Fahrrad in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es fehlt an nichts. Vor allem die Kinder waren nonstop im Pool, der ein echtes Highlight ist. Und auch die Kommunikation hat reibungslos funktioniert und Sylvie war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Grande villa avec une vue imprenable sur Passy-chedde, les montagnes environnantes et en bonus un bel aperçu sur la chaine du Mont-blanc. Tout etait nickel à notre arrivée, des jeux à disposition (jeux de société, table de ping pong...) ainsi que quelques bouées et matelas gonflables pour la grande piscine bleue d'eau salée. Proche de pleine joux (lieu de départ de randonnees, parapente) de Saint Gervais les bains, de Chamonix... Meme si nous n'avons jamais trouvé de barbecue 😁, nous remercions les propriétaires, chez qui nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. The 2 A/C bedrooms made for very comfortable sleeping, helped by very effective shutters and a very peaceful area. The pool was a lovely way to cool off and relax in a very private and peaceful garden. The location is amazing with a very short walk to 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, a local min-market, a local grocer and a tabac, as well as several very nice local restaurants. The lake is less than 5 minutes down a shaded road and is spectacular - we went every day and loved the water and the grassy shores which offered loads of shade. Virginie and her husband were a delight - they were hugely welcoming and accommodating, they were very prompt at replying to messages and made us feel absolutely at home. We'd visit again anytime. A brilliant holiday.

We had a lovely week at Villa Armonia and the hosts were very amenable. The garden, hot tub and pool were great and a short drive to the village where you can find everything you need. Doussard beach a five minute drive. Highly recommend

Maison très confortable et les terrasses sont agréables. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner (contrairement à des logements qui ne servent qu'à la location où il y a le strict minimum). Le lac d'aiguebelette est à 10 minutes ce qui est très pratique. Attention, la piscine n'est installée qu'en juin à priori. Si c'est un point important pour vous, vérifiez avec Max au moment de votre réservation. Nous avons trouvé un arrangement pour compenser le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de piscine pour le week-end de l'ascension.

Très beau gîte, idéal avec des enfants. Environnement magnifique et paisible, idéal pour les sportifs qui aiment le trail, la randonnée ou le vélo. Isabelle et Pascal nous ont réservé un accueil parfait avec de belles attentions tout au long du séjour. Gîte parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque. Possibilité de réserver une table d'hôte pour le soir si vous le souhaitez. Isabelle fait tout maison, a par ailleurs proposé à mes enfants de faire du pain, super activité de fin de séjour 😉 Petite dédicace à Enjie dont nous avons fêté les 15 ans 🥳 Nous reviendrons 😁

Nous avons passés une semaine de vacances à 8 entre amis et famille. Le maison correspond très bien aux photos et est très spacieuse. Les lits sont confortables, le linge de lit est de bonne qualité également ! Piscine, four à Pizza, sauna, coin détente, terrain de pétanque, tout y est pour passer un bon séjour ! Amélie et Fabrice ont fais en sorte que nous ayons tout ce qu’il faut durant notre séjour. De nombreuses activités et restaurants à proximité. La maison est également très bien desservie en transport. La communication avec Amélie et Fabrice a été très fluide, ils sont toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons à 100% leur maison !
