Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

It consists of an equipped kitchen (fridge top table with freezer compartment, induction table, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), sitting area, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, toilet.

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

No need to hurry, here you will be on vacation and enjoy at leisure the region, its medieval cities, its narrow streets lined with half-timbered houses and authentic places. We provide a very bright studio with bedroom, office, private bathroom and dining area. Access to the accommodation is completely independent. Street parking is available free of charge. The dining area consists of a fridge, microwave, kettle and dishes (plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery, tea and coffee). So you can reheat dishes, prepare breakfast but not cook. I provide linens and towels.
