La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Enjoy a refurbished home decorated in the theme of the 24h of Le Mans. It's well equipped. The accommodation, located in the heart of Bessé sur Braye, offers you the opportunity to participate in the festivities without having to take the car. It's only a 2-minute walk from the party room. You have parking space and parking in the city is free. The apartment is 42 sqm, it is very bright and quiet. It is located on the second floor without an elevator.

House in the countryside but close to the city center (1 km) with shops and all services (cultural center, aquatic center 10 km away) This accommodation has a living room with equipped kitchen, sitting area with pellet stove heating and a laundry room. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds and a shared bathroom

This accommodation has a lot of history since construction dates back to the 13th century. After some work to update it, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. On the ground floor you will find a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.
