it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and very open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation matches the description of the listing exactly and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. I look forward to seeing them again if the opportunity arises.

Re Beautiful place, close to slopes and restaurants! Easy access, very good welcome from Christelle . The negative is missing some good dishes as we just had breakfast, it was enough for us. You should also know that linens are not included in the price (bath towels and dishes , and sheets good to know) otherwise it's good

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in! The host is kind, responsive, and extraordinary helpful. We felt welcomed and right at home. You sleep right beside the stars and wake up to the sun on lake Geneva. Perfection. Plus, all of the extra recommendations and transportation passes are such a bonus!

The apartment is clean, welcoming, as advertised, quiet, and very close to the center. Access is easy, and the view is very beautiful. Great for a couple! Mathieu, the co-host, was able to give us all the directions to find the apartment, and even advise us on local activities. We felt very good about it. Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

A well-equipped, quiet place to stay, perfect for 2 people and which allows you to enjoy the beautiful hikes nearby. Good value for money and clear instructions for access.

A very nice apartment. Check-in and check-out well organized. Great location. We liked it a lot. The street is very busy, so we had to keep the windows closed at night. The windows are well insulated, but you could still easily hear the traffic. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the beach, but we were able to lie down next to the water.

We had a great welcome from Jean Luc when we arrived, with ideas for walks in Evian and the surrounding area. The apartment is very well located in the center and Lake Evian. The city is nice. The apartment has everything you need (like at home). The garden is pleasant for naps. 😉 We had a great time and recommend.

We had a great time at the Grattague at Wilfried's place. Her warm and well laid out apartment is located in a quiet location. From the balcony, magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Hiking departure at the foot of the residence. Wilfried is an attentive and caring host. Thanks again!
