Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Boca

Pasamos una gran estadía en familia, el lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, está equipado con todo lo que necesita una familia. Fueron flexible con el ingreso y la salida, la comunicación fue excelente. Claro que volveremos y recomendaremos el alojamiento.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, près du transport en commun et des restaurants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et l'aide de nos hôtes qui ont répondu à nos questions en plus de la terrasse avec le bbq pour se préparer des asados comme les argentins!

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

A casa está em uma zona mais tranquila de Palermo, mas muito próximo de todos restaurantes. Fomos recebidos por Inês, que gentilmente nos mostrou a casa. A casa é fiel às fotos, muito bonita, cômoda e bem equipada. Perfeita para um casal e filhos! A calefação deixou a casa bem aquecida para os dias frios. Nos sentimos em casa e voltaríamos com certeza.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

Muy completo el departamento, contaba con varios elementos, de cocina limpieza e higiene personal, que son muy útiles sobre todo si la estadía es corta. Los anfitriones súper atentos y predispuestos, nos dejaron mover el horario de check out lo que nos fue muy útil para aprovechar nuestro paso por Buenos Aires, sin dudas volvería

Marcela e Gabriel são pessoas fantásticas, as informações sobre o apartamento são exatas e o apartamento mais lindo ao vivo. Tudo impecável e bem pensado. Cozinha inteligente, com todo material necessário e limpo. A iluminação é perfeita. Fui atendido em todas minhas necessidades por Marcela e Gabriel. Achei que havia esquecido um objeto após meu check-out e já estava no Brasil. Me comuniquei com eles que prontamente foram ao apartamento e procuraram o objeto. Não o encontraram e me relataram . Descobri depois que o objeto perdido estava em outro apartamento no meu trajeto de volta a minha cidade. Mas um milhão de agradecimentos pelo interesse na busca em ajudar. Usei a jacuzzi do edifício e é relaxante após um dia de caminhada. Os senhores da recepção sempre prestativos, cuidadosos na segurança do edifício e educados no atendimento com as pessoas. Viajem maravilhosa com apartamento de altíssima qualidade. Estou planejando a próxima para o mesmo apartamento. Obrigado por tudo.

Great location, steps away from theaters, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the Subte. Super clean and with an incredible view to the obelisk. Could be a little noisy at heavy traffic hours.

I really enjoyed staying at Maria’s place. She was very quick to reply to whatever message I sent. The location is so nice in San Telmo, the heart of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets etc were so clean, which is very important for me. I would go there again, if I visit Buenos Aires again😊

La estadía en el apartamento de Agustin fue lo que esperaba, super cómodo y seguro. La vista desde el cuarto y balcón son hermosas, especialmente de noche! Super ameno!

El departamento es nuevo y está en un lugar muy lindo de CABA. tiene muchos restaurantes cerca y el centro relativamente cerca también. me pareció más grande en las fotos.

El dpto está muy bien, y el checkin automático es muy conveniente. Hay algunas detalles que se podrian mejorar. En balance diría que la relacion precio calidad es muy buena.

No pude realizar el viaje por cambios climáticos y en los vuelos. Sin ninguna obligación, me devolvieron lo que gasté en la reserva lo cual aprecio mucho.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

Excelente opción de alojamiento. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, fácil acceso al transporte público y a algunos minutos caminando del Obelisco. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Recomendado 😊

O apartamento é ótimo, extremamente limpo, roupas de cama e banho muito cheirosas e de boa qualidade. A localização é excelente, tem várias opções de restaurantes e cafés ao redor, fizemos muitas coisas a pé. Estava tudo perfeito, Magdalena foi uma excelente anfriã, sempre muito gentil e respondendo rapidamente. Recomendo a todos.

Muy buen hospedaje, estaba limpio y era hermoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas las dudas al instante. Es un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cercano a varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Considerar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor por lo que dificulta el movimiento de maletas. Recomiendo comprar papel higiénico ya que no era de buena calidad el que se ofrecía. Si tenía todos los demás implementos para una estadía perfecta.

Es fácil de ingresar, todo muy limpio y la ubicación es ideal para ir al Movistar Arena
