Holiday rentals in La Bisbal d'Empordà

If you want to relax and drink fine wine within 1 metre of the beach and within 4 metres of the water this is the lance for you. Quite amazing to be so close to nature, the calming sound of the rippling waves and all under a warm Spanish sun…. Tables, chairs and sunshade provided . Should you not want to cook walk 1 metre to the right to a seafront restaurant, they will even serve you to your own appt table. The house itself was comfortable although perhaps the bedrooms lacked a bit of privacy due to the nature and likely original design of the building but I’m straining to criticise anything …… would return but will be bringing big repellent! The cabin is beautifully located at the seafront with a huge terrace equipped with sun chairs, a table and lots of space to relax. The cabin has everything you need for cooking, washing and working. It’s the perfect place to wind down, swim in the ocean or go hiking. Only downside is the hiking trail right in front with some prying eyes by passing people ;) the bed and couch were a bit worn, but this is probably a question of taste. We highly recommend the place!

Estuvimos como en casa. El piso está fantástico

Située dans le vieux et beau village de Corça, belle et grande maison de village rénovée avec goût. La proximité de La Bisbal est très pratique pour découvrir des magasins de céramique et faire ses courses. C’est d’ailleurs le passage obligé pour accéder à de nombreuses plages. Le village de Corça est très joli, sur la place principale à l’ombre de grands arbres, se trouve un très bon restaurant de Tapas à tester de toute urgence. La maison est fidèle aux photos, très propre, avec une cuisine bien équipée. Les pièces sont plutôt grandes, très belle salle de bain au premier étage, salon donnant directement sur une petite terrasse bien agréable pour les repas. Le respect de l’architecture locale avec des volets intérieurs oblige en pleine chaleur estivale à vivre un peu dans l’ombre et d’avoir recours souvent à la climatisation présente dans certaines pièces. Nous avons en tout cas passé de bonnes vacances dans cette belle maison de caractère.

A beautiful house in the prettiest Catalan village. Kitchen well equipped, house very clean, comfortable beds (loved the view on the castle!), attention to Catalan decoration and lovely details. Children enjoyed the toys and Dali puppet and we loved BBQ evenings in the garden! Well situated with around 15 cafes and nice restaurants around. Easy to get to the beach (we loved Pals) and sightseeing to Begur. We will be back!

Ons verblijf bij Fleur was fantastisch! We werken heel fijn ontvangen op de prachtige plek waar we het weekend verbleven. Het huis was ruim, licht en met een heerlijke patio met uitzicht op het zwembad, de tuin en de prachtige wijnvelden. Fleur heeft ons hele fijne tips gegeven voor een hike, restaurants en dingen om te doen. Hierdoor konden we in een weekend ultiem genieten van alles wat de omgeving te bieden had. We komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Fotos entsprachen der Realität. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool im Garten ist groß und perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern verlief reibungslos und freundlich. Fragen wurden schnell und hilfreich beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful holiday and stayed for 9 days. Sonia and her son Marc were on hand for any questions/assistance and were super lovely. The apartment was perfect for our needs as we didn’t want to hire a car but we were able to catch the bus at the end of the road or walk into La Bisbal in just 15 mins. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the pool area the same, with a salt water pool which was gorgeous. Vulpellac is very sleepy but just over the road there is a lovely cafe, Casa Moner, and the shop in the BP garage has a good range of food and drinks if you run out of anything. We loved everything about our stay and really didn’t want to leave.
