Very cozy studio in the heart of the city ❤️ Maidan is a 5-minute walk away, very quiet and cozy location. In the middle, everything is tidy, corresponds to the description and photos.

This was my second time staying at Dima's and it was even better than the first :) The location is perfect (central, 5 minute walk to all the best highlights of Kyiv, plenty of cafes, coffee shops and groceries around) and the apartment is beautiful, with everything you need - but the real gem is Dima. He will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Before check-in, he picked up my luggage, stored it, and delivered it to the apartment while I was out. Treated me to coffee and dessert, had the apartment cleaned during my 3-week stay, and had fresh flowers and wine as a welcome back gift! He truly cares so much about his guests and you can see that his dream is to open a small hotel and make people's stay in Kyiv as warm and welcoming as possible. You can also text him any time for anything! About the apartment: - Large, bright, clean bathroom with unlimited hot water - Large, comfortable bed - The hallway is perfect to shelter in during air raids ;) 10/10!

Ekaterina was a great host - always responsive and willing to help. The instructions for getting into the place were very clear and easy to follow. You enter through the front entrance of a restaurant (always open access) and I actually liked that from a security perspective. The location is great. Minutes to a really good grocery store. 2-minute walk to a subway station for quick access to the rest of Kyiv. The apartment isn't luxurious, but it is central, clean, and has everything needed. I would book in a heartbeat for any future travel to Kyiv. Thank you, Ekaterina, for being such a great and helpful host.

A great place - convenient location, everything at hand, clean, tidy apartment and a very nice host! I officially consider the huge sofa and projector to be the pearl of this place - I would be happy to arrange a movie night with friends next time ❤️

a cozy apartment with a good layout on a small area, more suitable for one person, but the couple also fit. The stairs are quite steep and narrow - this is in the description (illuminated, which is a plus). a really quiet courtyard, grapes and a place for chile on the balcony also according to the description. Everything is clean and thoughtful, bedding with two types of pillows, towels, bathrobes, disposable slippers, cosmetics, dishes in the kitchen, a wardrobe with hangers and shelves, plus enough space to hide suitcases, a variety of lighting (especially convenient illuminated mirror in the bathroom), enough sockets, etc. Detailed description and photos quite convey how everything looks real. The only surprise was that the bathroom has less than it seems, due to the location of the washbasin. Host Alina is pleasant in communication, we easily agreed on early check-in and late eviction and resolved other issues of our stay. In general, Kyiv opened on a pleasant side, on the Podla, and the bar is worthwhile attention.

The flat was amazing, very clean, convenient, all the things you could ask for: dishwasher, iron, washing machine, wee balcony, spacious and nicely equipped bathroom. Beautiful view meeting the sunsets every evening. The host was very friendly and responsive, gave loads of lovely recommendations about the restaurants, amenities, coffeeshops and even the shelter options in case of shelling. Absolutely happy with my stay, the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, quite accessible by walking (Rusanivska island) - just what you need when you come for a specific business in nearby areas.

I felt like at home! You have everything for comfortable staying, very clean. Perfect area. Elena is very kind and hospitable person, she responded very quickly to messages and helped me with all my questions. Next time I’ll choose this apartment obviously.

Everything went great. The neighborhood is top notch. Nearby there is a square, center, coffee shops, shops, shopping mall, metro. Like the center, but it was pretty quiet. The apartment is spacious, clean and bright. Behind the balcony and large jacuzzi private like! Thanks!

It is a second time I have stayed in this apartment. Previous stay was 6 years ago. Apartment is clean and I like the location. It is close to center of the city, close to subway/metro and bunch of great restaurants. Anatoly is very responsive host and easy to communicate with. If you consider apartment in the “safe part of the city” during this war time…. this is the place. I am so sorry to see beautiful Kyiv and Ukraine under the attack.

Beautiful, cozy, apartment with everything you need. Located right in the heart of Kyiv with a terrace that overlooks it all. Just a few blocks off the Maidan, close to the metro, surrounded by shops & restaurants. Definitely felt safe walking around. Host was always very responsive.

Great Apartment for Kyiv. Amenities offered worked. Host may be more responsive off the Airbnb platform. But Host was responsive enough on Airbnb under the conditions. Apartment is well-maintained and clean in a very central location. Furniture is well-maintained.
