Apartment holiday rentals in Kyiv

This was my second time staying at Dima's and it was even better than the first :) The location is perfect (central, 5 minute walk to all the best highlights of Kyiv, plenty of cafes, coffee shops and groceries around) and the apartment is beautiful, with everything you need - but the real gem is Dima. He will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Before check-in, he picked up my luggage, stored it, and delivered it to the apartment while I was out. Treated me to coffee and dessert, had the apartment cleaned during my 3-week stay, and had fresh flowers and wine as a welcome back gift! He truly cares so much about his guests and you can see that his dream is to open a small hotel and make people's stay in Kyiv as warm and welcoming as possible. You can also text him any time for anything! About the apartment: - Large, bright, clean bathroom with unlimited hot water - Large, comfortable bed - The hallway is perfect to shelter in during air raids ;) 10/10!

Чудові апартаменти, затишне розташування у центрі міста. Відмінна комунікація з власником та командою.

Дуже затишне та комфортне житло. Все необхідне є в наявності. Чисто, охайно, гарне розташування. Супер господар, яка швидко відповідає. Рекомендую.

затишна квартира з хорошим плануванням на малій площі, більше підходить для одної людини, але пара теж помістилась. сходи досить круті та вузькі - це є в описі (підсвічені, що плюс). справді тихий двір, виноград і місце для чілу на балконі теж згідно опису. все чисто і продумано, постіль з двома типами подушок, рушники, халати, одноразові тапочки, косметика, посуд на кухні, гардероб з вішаками і поличками, плюс достатньо місця, щоб сховати чемодани, різноманітне освітлення (особливо зручне підсвічене дзеркало у ванній), достатньо розеток тощо. детальний опис і фото цілком передають те, як все виглядає в реалі. єдиним сюрпризом було те, що у ванній місця менше, ніж здається, через розташування умивальника. господарка Аліна приємна у спілкуванні, ми легко домовились про раннє поселення і пізнє виселення та вирішили інші питання нашого перебування. загалом, Київ відкрився з приємного боку, на Подолі класно, а бар внизу вартий уваги.

The flat was amazing, very clean, convenient, all the things you could ask for: dishwasher, iron, washing machine, wee balcony, spacious and nicely equipped bathroom. Beautiful view meeting the sunsets every evening. The host was very friendly and responsive, gave loads of lovely recommendations about the restaurants, amenities, coffeeshops and even the shelter options in case of shelling. Absolutely happy with my stay, the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, quite accessible by walking (Rusanivska island) - just what you need when you come for a specific business in nearby areas.

Чудове місце - зручне розташування, все під рукою, чиста охайна квартира і дуже приємний господар! Перлиною цього місця офіційно вважаю величезний диван і проектор - із задоволенням влаштувала би кіноніч із друзями наступного разу ❤️

With no doubt, it’s one of the best airbnb experiences ever. First of all, the host is incredibly amazing , he met me at 5:30 am to check in , which sounds like something impossible. Very polite, friendly and helpful. The apartment it self looks amazing, very clean , great location and includes everything you need. That is the case when you definitely want to come back!

Place was amazing. Incredible location and beautiful overall space. Looking forward to staying here again soon

I had the pleasure of staying at Viktor’s property before the hostilities began and have always held it in the highest regard. Since my last visit, he has maintained the place impeccably. The location is ideal, and the interior is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The sauna and Jacuzzi are truly exceptional features that add a luxurious touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend Viktor’s place to any prospective guest.

Все пройшло шикарно. Район топовий. Поруч сквер, центр, кавʼярні, магазини, ТРЦ, метро. Наче й центр, але було досить тихо. Квартира простора, чиста та світла. За балкон і велике джакузі окремий лайк! Дякую!

Beautiful, cozy, apartment with everything you need. Located right in the heart of Kyiv with a terrace that overlooks it all. Just a few blocks off the Maidan, close to the metro, surrounded by shops & restaurants. Definitely felt safe walking around. Host was always very responsive.

Great Apartment for Kyiv. Amenities offered worked. Host may be more responsive off the Airbnb platform. But Host was responsive enough on Airbnb under the conditions. Apartment is well-maintained and clean in a very central location. Furniture is well-maintained.
