in short - I stayed in different apartments around Batumi, but this one is the best initially planned to stay a month, but after first night decided to change my plans and extend the stay to 3 months owner is a nice person, communication was smooth and quick, everything was resolved very fast location is superb, you just need to cross the road and you already at the beach very cool view from the window - 6 out of 5 :) inside everything according to the photos I would come here again and can recommend to anyone

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house is clean and tidy, the host is understanding, easy to reach, and come up with a solution. Almost everything is thought out in the house, from the iron to the umbrella.

The apartment, which is located in a quite place - just opposite the house is a beach, a shop is located below the house, there is a bus stop nearby, where buses go to the city center.

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

Great apartment with great sea view. The photos correspond to reality, the apartment is very clean, has all the necessary appliances. A couple of shopping centers, grocery stores of several Georgian chains, restaurants and cafes of all price categories are within walking distance. There were a couple of technical problems with the key at check-in, but our host quickly helped to solve all the problems and in general she is very responsive and was always in touch!

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone. The only thing is that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but it didn't bother us so much in May. The level of housing is super!

The house was just like in the photos, immaculately clean, in a very central place, with a great view and such a large plaza. We can call it a price performance venue. We had a wonderful time with our son, and most importantly, Keti was always in contact with us, answering our questions with satisfaction and sincerity. This is very clean and comfortable apartment with everything a person might need (cooking utensils, an iron, a washing machine etc). There is a small market in the bottom of the building. Everything was according to description. I specially recommend a balcony with a clear sea view, it leaves a great impression.
