Beachfront holiday rentals in Kvam Municipality

Worth it for the gorgeous view across the fjord alone. Was a simple and perfect stop on our road trip.

Alles war alles super schön.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, ein Hund) waren fast zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, vor allem die Terrasse und die direkte Lage am Fjord. Christian war sehr nett und hat immer schnell geantwortet, vielen Dank dafür!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit fantastischer Aussicht auf den Gletscher. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und hat eine super ausgestatte Küche. Es gibt eine gemütliche Terrasse mit super Grill und toller Aussicht. Das Boot liegt direkt am Haus und man kann jeden Tag angeln gehen oder einfach durch den Fjord fahren. Wir haben sehr viele Fische in allen Größen gefangen und konnten jeden Abend leckeren Fisch genießen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich und Siri war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a very nice stay at the house. The host is a very friendly woman and we felt very welcomed. The area is breathtaking and the house has the perfect view over the water and the beautiful nature of Norway.

We had a great stay in Simens house. Location is great, just by the fjord. Has enough space and the needed amenities. The views to the fjord are spectacular. Sleeping was good, house was clean and communication with Simen was great. Definitely recommended if you want to stay by the Hardangerfjord.

Honestly a gem! We felt right at home. The house was very cosy, warm, tastefully furnished and it had absolutely everything we needed including even a kitchen scale and many ways to make coffee. The were even plants and propagated cuttings in vases which was absolutely lovely. The house was felt private but also had a benefit of having the hosts next door in case of a question. And they are just amazing people! Warm, welcoming, happy to help and eager to answer questions about their farm and Norway. The location is also great- close to Norway Scenic Routes and some great hikes and close to the road without hearing the noise of it. Elisabet & Simen made a very nice google map of the surrounding with all the hikes, local shops and cafes. Definitely a place for longer stays. there is so much to do in the area. And also possibility to rent a boat and enjoy the scenery from a water perspective. Couldn't recommend it more!

Świetny apartament. Dwie łazienki. Wszystko co potrzebne może być podczas weekendowego pobytu i nie tylko, jest dostępne w apartamencie. Jedyny minus dla nas to bardzo miękki materac na łóżku podwójnym. Dużo szafek komód, telewizja, mikser i wiele różnych rzeczy dostępnych w mieszkaniu. Ładowarki dla samochodów elektrycznych. Basen i części wspólne mógłby by być w lepszym stanie jeśli chodzi o czystość.

During our camping trip we took shelter in this home during a rainy day and one night. It’s a fantastic, small, cosy cottage so it was great to have a day inside in this house. The view is amazing and we saw a beautiful rainbow over the fjord. I can imagine that if the weather is nice that you can enjoy sitting in the garden.

Si vous avez l'occasion de passer vos vacances chez Trude et Bjorn, vous serez des voyageurs très chanceux! Ce sont des hôtes qui mettent tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour soit agréable, ils sont disponibles pour tous les conseils et recommandations que vous sollicitez, prenant plaisir à échanger avec vous avec humour et gentillesse; c'est une très belle rencontre. L'appartement est incroyable, il a tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin, il est d'une propreté irréprochable, il est très joli, accueillant et il a une vue sur le fjord magnifique. Concernant sa localisation, Il y a une petit supermarché à 5 min à pieds qui permet un ravitaillement facile, et via la route de la côte qui est très belle, il y a possibilité de prendre des ferry à proximité (20 min) pour faciliter le passage sur l'autre coté du fjord. Ce sont un séjour et des hôtes que nous n'oublierons pas et nous ne pouvons que recommander chaleureusement leur location dans laquelle nous reviendrons assurément !

Absolutely stunning place. Highly recommend to anyway looking for a getaway in nature.

Ruth y Ola han sido unos anfitriones generosos y amables. Nos recibió con fruta de su finca y un zumo delicioso de manzana. También nos permitieron usar su canoa durante la están. Además, el apartamento estaba bien equipado con todo lo que una familia puede necesitar durante unos días. Han sido unas vacaciones fantásticas y agradecemos a Ruth y a Ola su generosidad.

Amazing stay ! Very peaceful and quiet. We loved looking at the fjord from the rock cliff. Cosy cabin. It was very nice to eat fresh eggs in the morning. We were even able to pet baby sheep 🐑 ! We did not use the service but it was nice to have the option to charge our car.

Most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The hosts were extremely nice and very quick to communicate. Could not recommend more highly!

Ein sehr schönes Häuschen, ruhig gelegen. Man braucht etwa 20 Minuten von der Fähre zum Haus, zum Teil über Schotter. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche verbracht. Angeln vom Boot aus möglich. Zum Wandern sind wir aber mit dem Auto etwas weiter raus gefahren. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Helt outstanding. Bästa Airbnb vi har bott på. Nästa gång tar vi med hela familjen (11 personer) och bokar båda lägenheterna. Vi kan knappt vänta tills vi kommer tillbaka. Fantastisk sted rett ved sjøen. Problemfri innsjekking og opphold, verten svarte på spørsmålene vi hadde raskt og vennlig. Det eneste negative er at det er litt tett på veien, kan være litt utfordrende med små barn og hunder.
