good place to stay...very nice sea view...easy to check in and out... fully furnished they provide also some junk food and drinks inside(self pay), surrounded with many restaurants... nearby with grocery.... helpful owner...a good place located near the middle of kuantan town...

Nice place to stay & walkable to the beach

Both Timurbay's stay and facilities are of high quality. Good internet, lovely shower, pleasant bed, nice pool, right on the beach and an excellent host. We stayed for 6 weeks and got housekeeping in between, which made the stay great! Timurbay is easily accessible with a bus stop in front of the door and grab is also easy to do. Finally, there are fine restaurants and shops in front of the property. Even a good supermarket, ideal!

The unit is facing sea-view. Host very responsive. Stable internet connection and we enjoy the Android Tv box. Facilities is awesome. Swimming pool fantastic - guest can swim till 10pm!

1. Found the place very happy through the location provided. 2. The owner is very responsive. 3. There are 4 very comfortable dressing rooms and 3 TVs. 4. The pool and the entire area are very clean. 5. Complete wet and dry kitchen cooking equipment and bbq places and items are also complete. Conclusion, very worthwhile and recommended for everyone. The place is also very beautiful. This owner is the best.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. The room was nice, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is perfect—just next to the beach and surrounded by plenty of eateries. We especially loved the beach-facing view from balcony. We had a fantastic stay at Sharmila’s place! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful sea view that we enjoyed every day. Sharmila was an exceptional host—very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She even went out of her way to help us book the tennis court on very short notice, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway!

Self check-in was very easy. The unit has both sea view and pool view. The furniture inside is well-equipped. Having a water dispenser was really convenient. We had a very comfortable 4d3n stays. The host was very helpful. On the second day, my child had food poisoning, and the host recommended several clinics to us. On the day we checked out, we accidentally left our phone in the room. The host personally helped us retrieve it — we’re truly grateful.
