10/10! JiaHou is a lovely host. Stayed there for 4 nights and he was extremely accommodating! Quick responses and very helpful as well. The shower drain had a little bit of issue but soon the maintenance guy came and fixed it in a jiffy. Extremely grateful for him and the team, will definitely book again!

The house is spacious with 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms. House also have common areas to hang out inside and outside. House is very near to beautiful beach. Very good place for a small family get together. Host is very pleasant and responds immediately. Hope to come again soon.

The homestay felt like your own home. Lots of amenities that were provided including a guide on what's local spot nearby.

Kaka Homestay matches our cleanliness expectations. All the bathrooms and bedrooms are very clean and the beds are comfy too. The exterior of the house is very big. The kids, had a great time playing in the pool. The patio is also a big place to hang out and play games. The host is responsive and flexible to our requests.

We booked this very last minute however we really enjoyed the stay! Host was very responsive and accommodated us despite the very very short notice! Beautiful view from the balcony with natural lighting and it made us feel just right at home and comfortable! Location is near malls as well as street food! Even taking a ride to central of Georgetown is just 15mins away which is decent! Highly recommend!!

good location, nice scenery, sea view. Aircond is cold enough for such big space. Responsive host, within half an hour. Very clean and tidy. worth value of money, truly recommend it.

Shi's place was a nice stay. The unit is good size, and is very well equipped. There are a few restaurants and cafes around, with a nice grocery store across the street. It is technically within walking distance of Gurney and Quayside, but with the weather I only did those walks in the evening when it's cooler. Otherwise I took Grab. A few downsides, as others have mentioned, the building has lots of Airbnb's and the lifts can become quite busy. Also the unit is a few stories above the pool, which can be a bit noisy in the mornings if you are a later sleeper.

We have already booked for 2026 and extended our stay from 1.5 months to 2!

The room is huge and very private, very nice place for whole big family.

Rate 8/10..Very clean, cosy apartment beautiful view. Shower water pressure at Master bedroom a bit slow but still ok. Suggest provided mineral water mc or bottles instead old type water filter frm tap and some snacks.

A very chill place to relax, the unit is clean with swimming pool at the same floor. Mini market and restaurants available at ground floor, so it's easy to find food. Check in abit confusing but Ooi provided clear video instructions to follow. Overall, we have a pleasant stay and my kid have a good time at the pool.

入住前有很清楚的入住指示， 入住時間是3點，我們2點抵達已可入住，非常滿意的住宿，乾淨整潔，非常舒適的房間，與圖片符合，露台可見漂亮的夜景，洗澡水很大很舒服，有兩台冷氣，我們只開一台，因為很冷，而且還有過濾水供飲用，也有洗衣機，是一間非常適合一家大小的住宿！ 有一點需要改進的是枕頭，共有四個枕頭，有兩個很硬不好睡，換柔軟的就完美了！😊

A proper home with beautiful sea views, peaceful seaside vibes, lots of facilities and a very responsive and helpful host.

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und hat in jedem Zimmer einen Ventilator und eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt auch einen großen Pool, Kinderplanschbecken und ein Fitnessstudio. Insgesamt gibt es drei Parkplätze zu denen man 8 Halbstockwerke hochfahren muss. Der Pförtner lässt einen nicht auf dem Besucherparkplatz parken, insgesamt ist der etwas schwierig da er meinen Sohn Fragen gestellt hat die nicht zu seiner Aufgabe gezählt hat. Wir haben das direkt abgestellt und dann hat er auch funktioniert. Insgesamt tolle Unterkunft und tolle Aussicht und Ruhe.

Well maintained unit and the place was exactly as described, spotless , quiet and comfortable. Chan was quick response and friendly. I have enjoyed my peaceful stay here, highly recommended !

Had a nice month in the apartment. Well equipped for long term stay.

1st things first, the pool is even better in person. i stayed here for nearly 3 months with my boyfriend, I loved the house. bathroom and bedroom very spacious, there's 2 bathrooms. kitchen has everything you need. washer and dryer. 7/11 right outside straits Quay and alot of restaurants and bars downstairs. the view of the marina from the apartment is lovely. Wendy and Sharon are very responsive and helpful. 10/10. suitable for family or a couple and long stays.

Tony was a great host and he is very responsive to any of my enquiries. In terms of the location, the amenities and overall stay, it was excellent! We really had a great time and totally recommending the place to everyone ✨
