Το πάτωμα είναι παρκέ ανακαισμενο , σε καποια σημεία έχει ένα μικρό τρίξιμο . Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 7 χιλιόμετρα μακρυά από Χαλκίδα .Απολαύστε από τον κήπο του σπιτιού τη Δύση του ηλίου η οποία ειναι από τις ομορφότερες που μπορείτε να δείτε. Μπορείτε τις χειμωνιάτικες μέρες δίπλα στο τζάκι να χαλαρώνετε παρακολουθωντας τις αλλαγές της θάλασσας .

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτό τον ήρεμο χώρο που ανακαινίστηκε ριζικά τον Ιούλιο του 2024 και βρίσκεται κεντρικά στην πόλη της Χαλκίδας μόλις 450μ από την παλαιά γέφυρα στην διατηρητέα και ιστορική συνοικία της Αγίας Παρασκευής. Ο χώρος μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 4 άτομα (ιδανικό για οικογένεια έως δύο παιδιά). Υπάρχει υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και ένας καναπές που ανοίγει και γίνεται κρεβάτι. Στην κουζίνα υπάρχει εξοπλισμός για ετοιμασία φαγητού με μικροσυσκευές. Θέα σε πάρκο και θάλασσα.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building! Come....and you will enjoy a wonderful experience of staying in a safe, clean, bright and positive place!
