A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

The apartment with a size of 40 square meters is located in a small village between Erfurt and Weimar. Both cities can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. It's also close to Arnstadt, Bad Berka, Gotha, Eisenach and Blankenhain. The apartment is located in an annex with separate access, a small terrace and a carport. The place is a little outside, about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Our house has 2 floors. The hosts live on the upper floor and the lower complete floor is for our guests. It has its own access. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. From all windows you can look into the large garden, with many trees and flowers. The quiet location, good air, beautiful garden and large heated pool invite you to relax.
