Waterfront holiday rentals in Kotor Municipality

It was a great place to stay in the bay of Kotor. It is close to lots of good locations and very convenient as we had a car. The location is beautiful and close to the sea with shops and restaurants close by. The property itself was very modern and clean and comfortable to stay there.

If I could give it 6 stars I would. I absolutely adored this place. The inside was so cute and clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The area was about 25 minutes from the old town and bus stop. It was a perfect, peaceful getaway from the crowded and touristy areas. They have a spot to go swimming, towels, a yoga mat, and deck chairs! I loved this airbnb so much I didn’t want to leave. Perfect if you’re solo or for couples. Lovely, lovely airbnb. I have only wonderful things to say about it.

We were greeted by Uroš upon arrival, he was super friendly! He gave us amazing restaurant recommendations and was easy to get in contact with whenever needed. The house was so cute and the patio has an incredible view of the mountains. Also the lemon tree in the garden really spiced up our Cokes! The fold out couch was very comfortable and definitely big enough for 2 people. The kitchen was equipped with the basics and the bathroom had more than enough towels. Overall our stay here was amazing and the location of this place is less than a 10 minute walk from old town! We would 100% stay here again and I definitely recommend.

The house has a simple kitchen flow table in a large room, about three floors of the steps after the car is parked, the view from the balcony is beautiful, you can just see the parking of the cruise and the castle mountain night light draw a work on the mountain, I am happy that you can stay here.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Ivana was an amazing host. We had a lovely time at her apartment! Any problems we had Ivana sorted really quickly and we arrived in kotor early in the morning and she let us check in early as well which was amazing!! The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed and the garden was a lovely extra as well. The apartment is well located only a 20 minute walk into the centre of kotor and minutes away from the water. Highly recommend.

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

Great place with beautiful surroundings. The sea front terrace is very spacious with plenty of seating options and tables. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the place having a very chill and relaxed vacation. Not much to do in the nearby area and never really tried the restaurants (except Pomodorino with great pizza!). Also nice bakery close by for breakfast. Stairs to the sleeping area a bit steep if you’re older of have trouble with your joints, not a problem at all for us however. Highly recommend!

Stevan is a great host. We arrived with a group of 11 people and had enough space in the accomodation. The location of the apartment is great and very close to the coast. We would definitely recommend.

Very clean accomodations close to the old town and located directly next to the beachfront (literally 10 meters away). All this for a very reasonable price.

We had the most wonderful 4 days at Jelena and Nikola’s beautiful place! The view is truly unbeatable and the house is extremely comfortable with a spacious kitchen and lounge, perfect for nights in, and light airy bedrooms with the stunning view of the bay. Jelena and Nikola were away during our stay but made check in very easy and were so good at staying in touch if we had any questions! None of our group had been to Montenegro before and staying in this house and experiencing Tivat and other local areas has made it one of our top European adventures! Cannot recommend it enough!

We've been here 5 years ago. The waterfront location is overwhelmingly beautiful. You do need a car to get around. The home is split into two separate units. So you share the location with other tenants. We didn't think this was a problem. We only met nice people. I hope to be back again!

We felt very comfortable at Nenad's! It's a great apartment with a lovely terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble finding the place (drive to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 minutes' walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thanks for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

Very nice place close to Kotor, Tivat and Lustica Bay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Djordje is very helpful and responsive! We can 100% recommend.

Great room, very close to the sea, only need to walk from the ancient city, very convenient transportation.The host was very friendly, recommended local delicious baking shops and places to play, very thoughtful.Had a great two night stay here!

The view from the house was really impressive and beautiful. The location is far from the center of Kotor. Public transportation passes in front of the house every hour, if you miss it, the bus is a little difficult to reach the center. Slavica was very friendly and answered all our questions and made suggestions. Overall the house was well cleaned. It would be good for guests to put a little too much cleaning products (for example, toilet paper, towel paper, wet wipes, etc.) as a suggestion.

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Great place to stay if you are planning a trip to Kotor, a few minutes away from Old Town, Great View and quiet location. Host is friendly and responsive with great recommendations. Wish we stayed longer and will definitely stay here next time we are back to Montenegro.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

First of all, we would like to thank Sandra for everything. It was the best place we could have stayed with our 2.5-year-old child. Everything was thoughtfully prepared in the house, and the neighborhood felt very safe. It felt as if we were staying with family. Waking up to that beautiful view every morning, hearing the birds sing, and smelling the jasmine flowers was simply amazing. Being able to walk to the town center and staying in a calm yet central location was wonderful. Having a safe place to park our car was also a great bonus. The house was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials for cooking. The neighbors were friendly and peaceful people. It truly felt like we had gone to and returned from our own summer house. If we ever visit again, we will definitely choose this place. It’s a perfect stay in every way — highly recommended. Wishing a lovely holiday to those who are planning to come!
