Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kotor Municipality

The place was spotless clean, and Dragan vas very helpful, I actually forgot my make up bag on check out and he contacted me shortly to notify me that i should come back for it, for which I am very grateful

Amazing on all levels. View of the bay fabulous. Super clean with amazing linens and towels and beds and sofas. All amenities plus some! Espresso machine. Steamed milk. Washer. Filtered water. Welcome fruit and juice. Super friendly host family that were available with a smile for any and all requests. I had my 5 month old baby and they provided a cot and were so kind. One night they knew we were tired so they brought dinner!!!!! Above and beyond in all levels.

It was a very valuable stay for us! We were warmly received by the host. The house is located in a unique place with beautiful view. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent water quality, clean air. Our honest recommendations.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of five and I wish we could have stayed longer. There was plenty of space in our apartment and everyone slept very well. The outside area was incredible. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and the kids loved the grass area with the trampoline. Beautiful view of the bay. We ate breakfast here one morning and it was delicious. Location was an easy drive to old town. Parking can be difficult near old town, so go early. It was much easier staying here with all of our luggage than having a place within the old town walls. The apartment itself was clean, but a little dated. We didn’t bother us. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and had local recommendations for a boat, cruise and other things to do. We would love to stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend this location.

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! We are family with two kids (9 and 6). We were traveling through herceg novi on our way to Greece. The place was great to stay. The host is very responsive and want to help as much as possible to feel ok. The flat is located a little bit higher on the hill so it has a great sea view. The flat also included breakfast which was great. I highly recommend the place to stay for one or more days.

Das Appartement war wunderschön, wie auf den Fotos. Die Aussicht auf Sveti Stefan und das Meer atemberaubend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war noch nicht alles fertig - z.B. kein Wifi, kein Frühstücksraum. Aber Gastgeber Murat hat für alles eine Lösung (kostenlose SIM-Karte, Frühstück aufs Zimmer - was sowieso viel schöner ist). Das Frühstück war jeden Tag ein grosser Genuss. Es gab täglich etwas anderes. Ganz besonders war die selbst gemachte Marmelade von der Gastgeberin. Unsere Motorräder konnten wir direkt vor den Haus abstellen. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Minuten durchs Dorf. Einzig die Lage an der viel befahrenen Umgehungsstrasse ist störend. Für die Nacht empfehlen wir Ohropax. Dann ist alles gut.

I can’t recommend Daniela’s place enough! She was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations. She even went the extra mile to book a car rental for us. I’ll definitely stay at her place again when I return to Kotor.

It's a great apartment, we particularly loved the balcony area and the location. it's far enough away from the town to be more chilled, but close enough to walk in. it's also right by the water, so easy to find a jetty to swim from and sunbathe on!

Excellent apartment. Perfect location for visit to Kotor. Slobodanka and Sam are probably the beat hosts we had so far. Thank you and hope to see you soon.

We spent a lovely week at Biljana’s beautiful property with two children aged 2 and 4. Amazing view with sunsets, great pool and lots to see in the area. Biljana and her family were so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely come again!

The apartment is located right in front of the square overlooking the clock tower and on the right is the Sea Gate of Kotor Old Town. It is huge and spacious, with everything that we needed for a convenient and comfortable stay. The windows have shutters and glazed enough to shut down any light and noise. We loved the location and privacy. Highly recommended and will be book again. Thanks Marta for having us!

Beautiful home in a great location, walkable to everything and in the heart of the old town. Just be mindful if you are tall - the ceiling is low in places and I whacked my head when entering the kitchen. Everywhere you go in Kotor you have people trying to sell you boat tours and annoyingly the host is no exception, but perhaps this is helpful if you are only staying a short while and want to book your Blue Cave tour with ease - the cave is definitely worth visiting but you can find better deals if you shop around, with hundreds of tour operators available and stopping you on the street. These two points aside, and a minor incident where two women ignored the private property signage to enjoy our balcony, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay. The internet connection was strong, home was cosy, and the stone-wall vibe of the home matched the Kotor old town. The host provided helpful check-in instructions including assistance with meeting Montenegrin visitor registration requirements.

Beautiful terrace, perfect location: close to nice places like Perast, Kotor and Herzeg Novi as well as the beach (5 min. of walking). Kitchen is a bit small, but everything is there. Would definitely recommend it!
