Ev içinde ve bahçede her ihtiyaç ve keyif için tüm detaylar düşünülmüş. Alerjimiz olduğu için toz konusunda özenli olunmasını rica etmiştim ve bu duruma karşı dikkatliydiler. Evinde gibi hissettiren bir yer. Ev sahipleri çok nazik ve iletişimde hızlıydılar. Ben bu deneyimi sevdim.

We had a wonderful time in Montenegro! The house was cozy and intimate, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful details, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we truly enjoyed!

This house is very good for those people, who tired from noisy cities. Inspite of the closeness to the road and sea the silence of the surroundings is great. Every morning you can see ocean liners, entering the bay and returning back in the evenings. View from the both balconies is amazing. Nearest mini-market is about 1km from the house toward Prcanj centre. There you can find practically all you need for everyday needs. Voli or big Aroma supermarkets are in Kotor city. We recommend Vila Marija restaurant in the centre of the village. There you can eat and swim. Also we had a good dinner in Boka bay restaurant which is closer to house than Vila Marija. As regard to the house itself- it's very cosy, it has two floors, two good balconies, three badrooms. Everything you need for everyday use you can find in it. Two air conditioners helped us in hot days. There were one shower room with a toilet on the first floor and one more toilet on the second floor.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was even better than expected. Beautifully renovated with a lot of attention to detail, it felt like a real home away from home. Communication with Gracija was fast, warm, and helpful throughout, and he clearly cares a lot about his guests’ experience. The location is perfect for exploring Kotor and the bay, and the terrace with sea view was a highlight, especially since it wasn’t even shown in the listing photos. It gave the whole place an extra level of charm and relaxation. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We really appreciated how easy and welcoming the whole experience was. Would absolutely stay here again, and we’re already thinking about when to return.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse hos Zeljko! Rekommenderar att hyra bil för att åka på vackra utflykter och för att huset inte ligger på gångavstånd från affär. Huset var exakt som på bild med härlig natur runt om. Vi fick snabba svar från värden och jättebra rekommendationer. Vi hade fantastiska kvällar i poolen med solnedgången! Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende!

This was our first visit to Montenegro and we absolutely loved it. Alma's house was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and Alma has really thought of everything to make it a wonderful holiday home. From the fantastic outdoor pool to the spacious, stylish interior. There were so many different places to sit, both inside and out - the balcony off the main bedroom a particular favourite with its stunning views and comfortable sofa. The house is located in the perfect spot, just off the main road through Prcanj which is the prettiest village in the area and has the most beautiful view of the sea. We were also looked after very well by Selen who was lovely and met us at the property and gave us all the information we needed. We would love to return.

Dragan's place in Sveti Stefan is even more beautiful than in the pictures. We rented both units and loved the terrace for working, resting, and meals. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals when we didn't want to eat out. Dragan provided excellent local recommendations and helped arrange a boat tour of Lake Skadar. Dragan is truly a fantastic host, and we really enjoyed getting to know him and his family, as well as their two friendly dogs. He also makes the best rakia we've tried in Montenegro. The location is perfect, with a market, restaurants, and a coffee shop just steps away. Beaches are also a short walk away, including the pristine Kings and Queens beaches. We hope to return in the near future.

Amazing! Huge rooms, each big enough to be considered a master. Showers had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Parking on the premises with room for multiple vehicles. Sits on a nice walkable road along the water with multiple restaurants and places to swim. There’s a playground and mini market also within close walking distance. We took a private boat tour and they were able to drop us off back by the house instead of having to go back to the marina. A church with a tall clock tower is nearby so it’s easy to spot from the water. 10/10 would recommend!

Evimizi book ettigimiz andan itibaren Milos her konuda son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı.Arac kiralama, havalimanından transferimiz, eve girişimiz, girdigimizde ev ile ilgili sorularımızın hepsine cok hızlı yanıt verdi.Kendisinden cok memun kaldıgımızı en başta belirtmek isterim.Eve gelince, biz sadece 5 buyuk 2 çocuk seyahat ettik, cocuklardan ötürü korumalı bir ev istedigimizden bu yer bize cok uygundu.Diğer yandan bizler de kendimize buyuk ve rahat bir yer istemiştik.Evin karşısında otoparkı mevcuttu.Old City e arac ile sadece 5 dk da ulaşabiliyorsunuz.Evin konumu çok iyi, Kotor da kalabileceğiniz hem merkeze yakın, hem kalabalıktan uzak bir yer.Evin terası ve manzarası inanılmaz güzel.Kalabalık grupların rahatça konaklama yapabilecekleri çok keyifli ve rahat bir mekan, herkese tavsiye ederim.

Famtastic villa, accommodated large group of 10 family reunion - , aged from 8 to 83! Jas was great more then helpful, responding in minutes extensive knowledge of local resources, Helped us with everything - from getting to villa and local public holiday schedule, getting groceries, finding restaurants , arranging boat and yacht tours etc His helper Rosa lives on a property-great soul, feiendly and supportive Pictureus and idilic rural location, Jas provided a detailed instructions with a lot of prompting on our initial arrival driving time from nearest Tivat airport about 40 minutes, the local village with 3 restaurants and small shop / the beach 10 minutes. Clean pool , Wi Fi, lot of table games and books ! Roads are bit tricky to drive , esp for larger car but ok Hetting to a beach is better by car-overwise steppy walk Thank you Jas and Rosa

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Filip and Jovanka’s place! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Montenegro!

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Just as described. The children loved the pool. Friendly and welcoming host. Great little shop down the road for essentials. There is lots to do within an easy driving distance.

Świetny dom wart swojej ceny. Pozytywy : -spokojna okolica -bliskość trzech różnych plaż (samochodem kilka minut) - blisko do Kotoru (samochodem około 30 min) i Budwy ( samochodem około 20 min) -wspaniałe widoki -czysty , przestronny i ładnie urządzony dom - kompletne urządzony (włącznie z pralką i suszarką do prania, ekspres do kawy- na małe kapsułki , itd) -oddzielna kuchnia polowa z dodatkową olbrzymią lodówką i telewizorem , na którym wieczorem możesz np. oglądać filmy z leżaków na basenie ( np. Netflix) lub słuchać muzyki ze Spotyfy -basen o głębokości od około 0.7 m. do około 2.0 m i długości około 7.0 m. , który jest serwisowany przynajmniej 1 raz w tygodniu - w pobliży (około 8 min samochodem ) wspaniała restauracja Konoba Stara Kuca prowadzona przez ojca i córkę tylko ze świeżych produktów - jeśli chcecie coś zjeść trzeba zrobić rezerwację . -bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem Gorąco polecam.

Velibor met us and showed us around the beautiful, architecturally-led villa. It was obvious he had designed the renovation himself and thought of every detail to make things aesthetically and functionally perfect. The villa is ‘upside-down’ style with the lounge area on the first floor with terrace and balcony on either side so you can enjoy morning and evening sun outside while enjoying the scenery. We loved the small kitchenette in the lounge with its own coffee machine! (To match the one in the downstairs kitchen!) The en-suites are fabulous as are the extensive wardrobe and dressing areas. We loved the soft towels, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries provided. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and utility room downstairs which was great. The infinity pool area is fantastic with thoughtful planting and sun loungers for everyone. We could not fault the villa and its location within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and Porto Montenegro. We are hoping to return again soon

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa Luka ! Djuro et sa famille sont très prévenants et accueillants. La maison est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée et bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la baie de Budva. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Nenad’s villa is perfect. We had a lovely week away, the heated pool ment we could enjoy it despite the mixed weather we had during our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, we self catered eating in most meals and enjoyed cooking and dining outside. Beds were comfy as was the sofa for nights curled up reading after the sun have gone down.

The property is exactly as described and the pictures are very representative. Fantastic location with restaurants and a large supermarket within 5-10 min walk. Kotor is a 10-15EUR taxi ride away. Fantastic views of the lake/mountains. Great sized pool. Only improvement would be more sun loungers around the pool.
