House holiday rentals in Kotor

The villa was lovely, clean and tidy, ideal for what we needed. Pool was small but great for cooling down in the hot sun. Balconies for each room meant that everyone had a space to enjoy the sun privately. Linen was provided but there needed to be hooks or rails in the bathrooms to hang towels on. Altogether a great place to stay if you wanted to use it as a base to explore Montenegro, which is what we did. Thank you!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Wir haben die Zeit bei Dusan und Nelly sehr genossen. Sie sind sehr herzliche und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber! Beide waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns gute Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben. Eine besondere Überraschung war der Geburtstagskuchen für unsere Mädels. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist neu, durchdacht und hochwertig. Sehr hilfreich waren die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war ebenfalls Traum! Und der Pool wurde von den Mädels sehr intensiv genutzt. Durch die liebevolle und persönliche Gestaltung haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.

It's a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind & soak in the beauty of nature. Our group of 8 ladies spent a truly wonderful time here. The villa itself is beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with a touch of traditional elegance. Very spacious with comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, & lovely common areas where you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends. One of the highlights is the outdoor terrace, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or hosting a leisurely dinner under the stars. The pool, complete with a tavern, is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The location is convenient for exploring the charming old town of Kotor, which is a short walk away. We went on a boat trip recommended by Alexandra & would highly recommend it. Would book again in a heartbeat!

We were very happy with our choice of place! A great villa with a spacious enclosed property, a large pool, and a sauna. The big and beautiful living room on the ground floor was perfect. The ping-pong table and table football were a pleasant surprise. Ideal for a large group. A car is a must. Two great beaches – Ploče and Jaz – are just a few minutes away by car. The hosts are very friendly and always available. Alla and Denis, thank you – we’ll definitely be back!

Fantastiskt boende, ännu bättre än vad bilderna visar. Terrassen kan man njuta av hela dagen och på kvällen se när solen går ner bakom bergen. Beba var dessutom den bästa värd vi haft, hjälpte alltid till, körde oss från flygplatsen och hjälpte oss att tvätta våra kläder.

We had the most wonderful 4 days at Jelena and Nikola’s beautiful place! The view is truly unbeatable and the house is extremely comfortable with a spacious kitchen and lounge, perfect for nights in, and light airy bedrooms with the stunning view of the bay. Jelena and Nikola were away during our stay but made check in very easy and were so good at staying in touch if we had any questions! None of our group had been to Montenegro before and staying in this house and experiencing Tivat and other local areas has made it one of our top European adventures! Cannot recommend it enough!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille dans le logement d aneta et zorica. La vue est magnifique et le logement vraiment très confortable ! Aneta et Zorica avaient décoré l appartement pour l anniversaire de notre fille, c'était vraiment une très belle attention !je recommande a 100%!il y a beaucoup de site a visiter a 20 minutes de l appartement, l emplacement est idéal !merci beaucoup.

Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Kotor, Restaurants und Supermarkt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und doch liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Zur Promenade geht man über den Garten ein paar Treppen hinunter -nur die Mücken waren hier etwas lästig. Das Appartement ist äußerst sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vielen lieben Dank und alles Gute Borislav!

Sofia’nın evi görsellerdekiyle birebir, şahane bir manzaraya sahipti. Sofia her sorumuzu itinayla, kısa süre içerisinde yanıtlandırdı. Evin konumu merkeze 25 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Huzurlu 3 gün geçirdik orada. Çok memnun ayrıldık.

Merci à Darko son épouse. Ce sont des personnes très sympathiques, très serviables. Ils sont toujours de bons conseils. Leur maison est authentique. Tout comme Dobrota. La baie de Kotor et les bouches de Kotor sont splendides. De nombreuses cités voisines sont à découvrir. Comme la vieille ville de Kotor, Perast… Seul bémol la circulation. Nous avons tout fait en taxi, et avec Darko (merci ) donc ça a été. Mais les panneaux, les rues sont mal indiquées et très étroites. Cela fait partie de l aventure. Nous étions une famille de 5. Le logement est parfait !! Équipements suffisants. Climatisation. Extérieurs très appréciables malgré les moustiques. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Marija is a great host. Replying to every message in 20 minutes and really trying her best to be a good host. When we got to the apartment in Kotor, we were amazed by what we got vs the price. Amazing view, spacious living room, nice kitchen, etc. Another thing was that we didn’t have to buy things like dishwasher cubes, tidepods and coffee cups because there were already a handful of them there. 10/10

We loved staying at Ray’s place. It was in the most beautiful area with stunning views. A perfect base to explore perast and the kotor coast. We highly recommend Moritz Eis for ice cream - delicious!

Amazing location. Loved walking to the beaches and amazing space in general

We stayed for 4 nights and it really was amazing, peaceful with serene surroundings. 5-7minutes walk to local grocery story (City). Couldn’t figure out the frequency and availability of the public transportation so decided to rent a car from SITNGO (Local very reliable Tivat based rental company) for 4days. If you want to explore the whole coast it is recommended to have a car and drive yourself (only if you are confident enough). Jasna was very friendly and always available if you need any assistance. Apartment was clean and she also accommodated our request to check in early(luckily there was no guest staying before us). The view from the Patio is beautiful but if you are someone who is scared of any kind of insects then don’t sit outside after the sunset due to lush surroundings it attracts insects which is not a bad thing for a place like this. We definitely recommend this apartment for someone who wants to stay in Kotor. Thank you Jasna for making our stay comfortable.

We had a great time at Rebecca's place. It's spacious, quiet & there are fantastic views of Kotor Bay from the balcony. As well as the 3 bedrooms shown in the photos there is a bathroom & a separate loo on the first floor. There is a immersion heater for each bathroom and the shower works well, plenty of hot water. There is a modern TV in the living room. There are lots of guide books and maps which were useful. The house is a short (2 minutes) steep drive off the coast road. It is walkable from the road, about 10 minutes, and we found this useful when going to restaurants or swimming at the bottom of the hill as suggested by other guests. We also found the hourly bus service into Kotor from the coast road useful. Another tip for future guests – we did a boat trip from Kotor & negotiated with the skipper to drop us back at Prcanj. For food we went to 2 local small grocery stores and the fantastic little bakery. We'd recommend restaurant Marija and for cheap food Tavern Baron Gautsch.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the villa! The last days of September marked the end of the holiday season, and we experienced some thunderstorms and heavy rain. The villa is in a superb location with breathtaking views and peaceful, private surroundings. It’s equipped with everything you could need—kitchen full of gadgets, utensils, plates, even oils and spices. We enjoyed cooking dinners after shopping at Cogimar, a 'Harrods' lookalike store just 3 minutes away. The villa can fit 8 people, but it’s more suitable for 6, as the loft space is a mezzanine above the kitchen/lounge, and sound travels easily. The walk to Kotor Old Town is over 30 minutes but pleasant. A taxi back costs 6-7 euros, and there's parking for 2-3 cars. This villa would be my dream house with its mid-century vibes—bright and modern. However, it needs some modernisation: it's slightly dated, damp, and some windows don't close or lock. It needs TLC.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zeljka’s. The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was extremely clean. We enjoyed the large patio for some meals and close by restaurants at other times. There were gorgeous beaches within easy walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and helpful with any questions. Absolutely recommend this home to anyone.

Great little house close to old town but in a quiet spot! We had an issue the first day with AC since the drain pipe had been wrapped around the unit by someone. Host was going to have it fixed and responded well before we figured out the problem ourselves. Only complaint was there were ant lines by the front door and window of one of the bedrooms

Die Unterkunft von Snijezana war einfach traumhaft. Das große, grüne Grundstück mit top Ausblick und außen Whirlpool laden zum erholen und entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation mit Snijezana war sehr einfach und freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Sowohl Snijezana als auch ihr Sohn Tripo waren super hilfsbereit.
