Holiday rentals with a pool in Kota Samarahan

We traveled with friends, and the six of us (four adults and two kids) stayed at Welyne and Gilles' home during our visit to Sarawak. We all had a wonderful time. The house is situated in a peaceful and scenic location, perfect for relaxing and recharging. It’s also conveniently close to the Semenggoh Wildlife Centre, about a 30-minute drive from downtown. The house itself is well-maintained, comfortable with pool, and very well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Welyne and Gilles were excellent hosts—very friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the local culture, enjoy delicious meals, and take part in a durian tasting that Welyne kindly arranged. Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope to visit again in the future!

Cyril's place is amazing. We stayed for several days in July. Cyril is very helpful with local hints and advice. He goes above and beyond the role of host we went for dinner to a local smokehouse one evening so that I could try lots of local food. The location is a bit out of town but that's really not a problem it's 11-12RM in a grab to the centre and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a car. The pool is great to come back to on a hot afternoon and the shower was great. It is an unusual place, if you have an open heart and want to engage beyond a bland hotel room in a faceless block then Cyril's place is a gem.

We had an amazing time staying at this homestay—it was truly one of the best experiences we've had as a family! The unit was clean, comfortable, and came with great facilities, also very impressive in terms of home safety. It came equipped with a modern digital lock system and secure access, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. especially the swimming pool which the kids absolutely loved. The swimming pool was a great bonus and perfect for family bonding time. One of the best parts also was the karaoke set – we had so much fun singing and spending time together as a family! The location is also fantastic—just a short walk to Vivacity Mall, making it super convenient to find food, restaurants, and do a little shopping. Everything we needed was close by, which made the whole trip stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

great place to stay

there is not much to say about this house, it’s perfect in all aspect. feels like home and very clean. for improvements maybe the host can provide “real” towel not the disposable one for guest stay 3 nights/longer and add more cutlery and glass since it has very view of them. nice stay 👍🏼👍🏼 hope to stay again next trip to kuching

location is quiet and relax. facilities is well maintain. just 10 min drive to airport.

Natalie apartment is at great location. Right next to waterfront and have a great view of the Sarawak Iconic building. Short walk to all the attraction like Carpenter street, Jalan Padungan and very close to popular eatery. Many great breakfast choice within walking distance. The apartment is newly renovated and have big contrast with the age of the building. My family enjoy our stay at Natalie apartment and definitely will recommend other to use her apartment when holiday in Kuching.

My second stay here - still excellent!

Super nice place. Will come back again. Hope can have 1 night stay instead of min stay 2 nights. Because sometimes we only need to stay 1 night there. The only problem is the rubbish room is smelly when you pass by to the lift.

We had a very comfortable one-night stay — the place felt homely and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The decor is tasteful and thoughtfully done, giving it a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent — very central and convenient, with a short cab ride away to both Kuching airport and the Waterfront. It’s a great option for families, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a short or even extended stay in the area.. 5/5 .

saya sangat menyukai kawasan jln petanak ini, terutama condominium riverine diamond, sangat mudah diakses. seberang jalan banyak tempat makan yang enak², 7eleven juga ada, byk sekali hawker centre dan makanan lezat di area sekitarnya hanya denga jalan kaki 2 atau 5 menit. unit yg saya sewa juga sangat nyaman, AC dingin, water heater bagus, kamar bersih, view ke jalan raya sangat menyenangkan. next kalau ke kuching, saya akan kesini lagi.

Great place to stay. Have 3 room. 1 master room that have toilet inside room and 2 room. All room have queen size bed. Second toilet at outside. The outside balkoni have view of plane take off and landing. Have extra mattress. Nice place to stay.

Excellent place to stay! Very quiet residential neighborhood. Near the airport, so there are some minor plane noises, but it stops before bedtime. Very well stocked with plates, dish soap, tissues, toilet paper, hangers, microwave, etc. Convenient parking with a dedicated spot. Even very friendly guards, which was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean, and had a washing machine (with detergent) and a convenient clothes drying rack on the balcony. It felt like my home for 12 days.
