Holiday rentals in Kosta

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Ich habe schon viele Air BnBs besucht in meinem Leben aber das hier übertrifft alles. Ich würde tausend Sterne geben wenn ich könnte. Dieser Ort war ein Zuhause. Nikos ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar wenn man Fragen hat. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es nur ein paar Anwesen die aber nur zeitweise bewohnt sind. Wer die Privatsphäre, Ruhe und Nähe zur Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Fotos werden dem eigentlichen Anwesen nicht gerecht, in Natur ist das Haus noch tausend mal schöner! Der nächste Strand ist in Laufnähe und es gibt eine Taverne. Ein Fortbewegungsmittel ist unabdingbar um ausreichend Trinkwasser und Nahrung zu transportieren oder zu erreichen. Auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel würde ich nicht setzen. Aber mit dem E-Bike ist man innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten in der Stadt und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten der Gesellschaft. Ich habe mich auch jederzeit sicher gefühlt, ich bin eine alleinreisende Frau.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ όμορφος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Η κυρία Σοφία ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή σε απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά αλλά και πολύ ήσυχη παράλληλα με πολύ όμορφη θέα στην θάλασσα. Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!

Der Außenbereich ist unglaublich - man ist für sich, es gibt verschiedene Stellen zum Sitzen und Liegen, sehr klasse die Aussendusche - hier kann man hervorragend draußen leben. Eine kleine, schöne Bucht ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist wunderbar ruhig hier. Im Haus hat man alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Milva’s place is a stylish little oasis of calm. We stayed with our 7 year old and 17 month old and it was perfect for us. Milva’s attention to detail is obvious from the thoughtful welcome basket to the beautifully designed space. The outdoor area is a dreamy, peaceful place to spend time with a glass of wine - watching the glorious view and listening to the sounds. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool is lovely. The house is spotlessly clean, kept wonderfully by the two lovely cleaners who visit every couple of days. The house is just far enough from town to feel like a real escape but within 10 minutes, you can be eating at a Taverna in Porto Heli. Check in was perfect with Milva’s Dad George who was so welcoming and kind. Milva’s house is our favourite Air Bn’B to date and we will certainly be back. Thanks Milva and George!

Das Haus ist in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend in Spetses am alten Hafen und trotzdem sehr gut zu Fuss oder mit Motorrad erreichbar. Für uns als Familie sogar der schönste Ort zu übernachten in Spetses. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hell mit viel Holz und Liebe zum Detail. In den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer gibt es gute Klimaanlagen sodass man einen angenehmen Schlaf im Sommer hat. Betten und Matratzen könnten teilweise erneuert werden. Es gab reichlich viele Handtücher und weitere Haushaltsgegenstände. Waschmaschine und Schnelltrockner sind Neu und TOP. WIFI hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war super, es wurde immer direkt geantwortet und geholfen.

We had a really lovely stay at this beautifully renovated and restored stone house conveniently located within walking distance to all parts of Porto Heli. The house was immaculately clean and has very good ameneties for a comfortable stay. We were delighted that the house was as good as the pictures provided and if anything exceeded our expectations due to its fantastic location and the added bonus of a great veranda with a view to the port. The property has been restored with taste and consideration to preserve some very nice original parts providing a lot of character. Katerina couldn't have been more helpful, with a very quick response to any of our queries. All in all, we had an excellent stay and experience in picturesque Porto Heli.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison est très belle, réalisée avec goût et des matériaux qualitatifs. La piscine à débordement avec vue sur mer est magique. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et plein d’attentions (cadeaux avec produits locaux) et nous ont donné des conseils pour les visites, les plages. La région est belle, avec des plages aux eaux cristallines comme dans tout le Peloponnese. Je recommande à 100%

Absolutely wonderful stay in a gorgeous part of Greece! We really appreciated Theo's brother Aris meeting us and giving us a comprehensive tour of the area - showing us great restaurants, local beaches and beautiful lookout out spots. Aris was super thorough showing us everything in the house which was really helpful. We loved having a pool and being able to walk to different beaches. Loved that the house is a stone's throw from Spetses - we went several times. Theo was really responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Aris was very kind to pop by and check everything was OK as well. Overall - fantastic!
