Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Komotini

Alles war perfekt! Jeden Tag zu diesem Ausblick aufzuwachen war wirklich unbeschreiblich. Wir wollten am liebsten gar nicht abreisen. Die Kommunikation zu Melissa war auch super nett.

I'm often staying in this apartment if I'm traveling around Greece. it's located on main street, walkable to many restaurants, shops and to the old town. market is just oposite the street. apartment is quiet, clean and have anything you could need in your stay. good bed and comfortable bathroom. easy to check in, have elevator and balcony. I recommend.

The place is excellent - ideal for remote work with reliable internet and everything you need. There’s a small shop in the village for essentials, or Djebel is a short drive away with more options. Also close to several hiking spots, though by late June most streams and waterfalls were dry. The neighbors are friendly, and it’s fun to see (and hear) their donkeys and cows pass by in the evenings. The host was responsive and accommodating. Bonus points for allowing dogs! :) Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to stay in Vasiliki's house, the location is good, the building is new, the decoration is very cute, there were clean towels and linens, the necessary equipment that guests may need is provided, communication with the host was always great. Although the apartment is in a semi-basement, it gets very good sunlight. The garden of the house is incredibly pleasant and peaceful. We have stayed in Thassos before and this was the most enjoyable place, we will definitely stay here again! 🌸☀️🏝️

This beautiful, comfortable space makes you feel right at home. The host went above and beyond to recommend interesting activities and was unfailingly kind and responsive. The location is unbeatable! I hope to return some day.

What a lovely peaceful place. Wish we could have stayed longer. Georgia was wonderful with a lovely warm welcome and sending location links for local amenities. The dogs were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed the garden space. Everyone in the local area were friendly and helpful. Thankyou

Un appartement très bien situé et à proximité direct du centre-ville. Emplacement calme qui permet de se reposer et facilement aller à la decouverte de Xanthi et ses environs. Je recommande ce logement

I have travelled across Greece and half Europe but I never experienced such nice hospitality from the hosts. The house was spotless clean and had everything a visitor could look for. If you ever want to visit Xanthi, don’t miss the chance to stay at this house.

Overall, staying at Georgios’ place was a fantastic experience. He warmly welcomed us at check-in and provided us with valuable information about the apartment and its surroundings. The price was reasonable, and we felt very comfortable with our one-year-old son. The apartment was conveniently located near major attractions such as restaurants, beaches, and the town center. I highly recommend this place.

Ήσυχη γειτονιά με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Το στούντιο καθαρό, οργανωμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και τακτοποιημένο. Εξυπηρετούσε τις ανάγκες της διαμονής της δικιάς μου και του σκύλου μου. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά!

Το διαμέρισμα ήτανε πολύ καθαρό και στο κεντρικό της πόλης,η αισθητική του θύμιζε δεκαετία 90. Η κ. Δήμητρα ευγενέστατη και πολύ φιλική έτοιμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσει για όλα όσα χρειαστείς.

Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και φιλικός οικοδεσπότης.

Στο κέντρο της πόλης ένα πολύ καθαρό και φιλόξενο διαμέρισμα. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική αν δεν έχετε μεταφορικό μέσο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν διαθέσιμοι και σίγουρα το συστήνω αν επισκεφτείτε την Κομοτηνή .

I can say that Vaggelis' apartment is magnificent. Starting from the apartment's location, it is located very close to the centre of Komotini, making it very convenient to reach any place on foot. Also, it is very easy to park your car near the apartment, which is a big plus for people who are travelling by car. As for the apartment, it is very well preserved on the inside, and everything works perfectly. It has enough space for 4 people, as described, and a pretty good balcony as well. The beds are comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. As for the host, I can say Vaggelis is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. He was always available to ask questions about the apartment, and during the check-in in he was also asking if everything was ok with the apartment and if we felt comfortable. He was truly remarkable. So, if you are planning to stay for a few nights in Komotini, I would definetely recommend Vaggelis' apartment.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά!
