Arjeta was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host, she made sure we had everything we needed and was always available to assist us. Her hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. Booked this for my friends hen and it did not disappoint! The place looks exactly like the photos and is absolutely stunning. The host is very responsive and provides recommendations etc. I would book this again if I was to visit Shkoder. The view from the balcony is phenomenal. I would only say location wise - you have to take a taxi to get pretty much anywhere, but for such a beautiful villa it is worth it!

This place was exactly what we were looking for after a busy 5 days on the Montenegrin coastline. The location suited us perfectly for a peaceful end to our already amazing trip, with the calmness of the river and the array of wildlife making it extra special. The house very spacious with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Although Drazen does not speak English, the daughter was able to translate and offer support with any issues we had and Drazen himself was incredibly kind and would help with any matter or issue. The local breakfast made for us every morning was the perfect way to start the day. If you also have additional time, go to lake skadar and take a tour of the lake, it’s only a 30 minute drive. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm retreat! A true hidden gem.

We had a wonderful one-night stay in the beautiful tiny houses tucked away in the mountains. I was there with a group of friends, and we were all really impressed by how new, clean, and well-equipped the houses were. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful mountain getaway. What made the experience even more special was the amazing hosting family. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—from friendly chats to preparing a delicious homemade breakfast for us before we left. We even got to spend a little time playing with their kids, which was such a sweet touch. All in all, it was a warm, relaxing, and memorable stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy retreat with genuinely kind hosts!

Wow…. best AirBnb I've ever set foot in. The value for money is sensational. It's like a small apartment, with a dining table, kitchen, bed, there are even card games or a chess game! The air conditioning works great, and everything is super clean! The only negative point: there are roosters in the neighboring courtyards, but as Rino knows, there are earplugs at our disposal! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place! 5 stars!

From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service that truly set the tone for our stay. One of the standout features was the private hot tub, it was absolutely lush! The hosts made sure to clean it out and refill it fresh for us every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our room, which added a lovely touch to our mornings. The on-site restaurant was another gem; it was not only affordable but also served some of the most delicious meals we experienced during our time in Shkodër. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations, making dining there a true pleasure. The staff were nothing short of outstanding.
