Holiday rentals with a patio in Kolymvari

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé, propre et conforme à l’annonce. L’accès direct à la mer est un vrai atout, idéal pour en profiter à tout moment de la journée. L’hôte, qui habite juste en dessous, a été très accueillant et disponible. À noter toutefois : la route proche peut être bruyante en soirée, ce qui peut gêner les personnes sensibles au bruit. Malgré cela, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Merci pour votre accueil !

Отличная квартира в тихом месте. Всё чисто, аккуратно и уютно. Есть все доступное для проживания..от всех необходимых кухонных пренодлежностей до фена и утюга. Нам все понравилось..если вернёмся в эти окрестности, другое место для проживания искать не будем 😉

Nous avons absolument adorées notre séjour au Penthouse. Nous sommes un groupe de 3 couples avec deux bébés. La disposition du logement était parfaite. Nous avions chacun une chambre avec salle de bain et balcon ce qui nous permettait de tous avoir un peu d’intimité. Le logement est très bien insonorisé également. L’hôte avait laissé avant notre arrivé deux lits de bébés avec plusieurs couvertes chaudes et propres à l’intérieur, ainsi que deux chaises hautes bien équipées. Il y avait même quelques jouets pour bébé. Que dire de la propreté des lieux. C’était tout simplement parfait. Après quelques jours, nous avons même eu droit à un ménage complet et en profondeur des lieux. Finalement, le localisation est plus que parfaite. Vous êtes situés au abord de la vieille ville. Vous sortez du Penthouse et à quelques pas seulement vous y trouverez d’excellent restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Le port en soit est à seulement quelques minutes de marches. WoW je recommande vivement!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Kissamos! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sehr praktisch – zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, ideal für entspannte Tage am Meer. Auch das Zentrum von Kissamos ist gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut fair. Wir würden diese Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen. Wer eine entspannte Unterkunft in Westkreta sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

10/10 experience. Breathtaking views and sunset from the balcony, perfect location right on the harbor - surrounded by all of the best restaurants and places. The apartment is beautiful - clean, modern, great appliances. (The washing machine even uses AI). The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and despite being in the middle of the action, it is so peaceful. I didn’t want to leave. I will be back here again. The hosts were incredible. Kind, helpful, proactive, and made such a nice experience for us. Thank you!!!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer Überraschung in einem der Schlafzimmer. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage, perfekt um vom Alltag abzuschalten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Manos. Einzig die schweren Koffern zwischen Parkplatz und Haus zu transportieren war umständlich. Für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung ist das Haus aufgrunddes Zugangs nicht zu empfehlen. 20 Minuten zum Strand von Sougia mit herrlichem Wasser. Im Juni waren kaum Leute da.

Our stay at Giorgos and Christina’s place was wonderful. We were there for 4 weeks and loved every minute of it. Giorgos and Christina are amazing hosts and they made our stay unforgettable. When we entered their place we found wonderful treats, and they graciously said goodbye with very thoughtful gifts for us. Throughout our stay, the place was regularly cleaned and we were often asked if we needed anything. In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Giorgos and Christina’s place and we hope to return again on our next trip to this area.

Sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft, die unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt hat. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm und entspannt. Wir kommen gerne wieder bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Kreta.

Very quite and peaceful place and great host

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It’s located in a small village surrounded by nature. The cottage is perfectly located to explore nearby cities, the beach and plenty of hiking trails. The cottage offers spacious outdoor areas to enjoy meals. We found everything we need in the kitchen and bathroom, well equipped and thoughtfully decorated. Check-in was handled by a neighbor, everything went smoothly. We were warmly welcomed and found fresh fruit, wine and pastry on the table upon our arrival. Dimitra has been very responsive, customer focused and friendly. Communication with her was pleasant. We would have loved to stay longer and would happily come back. Thank you!

Dit is zo’n plek die je nooit meer vergeet. Wauw wauw wauw! Het uitzicht is echt geweldig; in het groen, tussen de rotsen met uitzicht op zee. Er is niemand in de buurt en je hebt echt een huisje voor jezelf en dat op een heel mooi stukje Kreta. Het is slim om boodschappen te doen op de heenweg (in de keuken vind je alles om te koken en er is een barbecue), want een grote supermarkt is bijna een half uur rijden en de taverne in het dorpje is voor overdag top, maar ‘‘s avonds wil je die donkere route op losse stenen niet nemen (dat weggetje is sowieso even wennen, maar te doen). Heb je zin in een paar dagen even helemaal uitchecken? Dan is dit echt de plek. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

We had a wonderful stay at Lia's apartment! The apartment was cozy and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home. Lia was super pleasant and very helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience!

The Location was amazing. Quite and private. Everything was amazing there was nothing to complain about probably the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Marianna is absolutely amazing. The sweetest and most caring host ever. She gave us so many recommendations and was beyond helpful. I would recommend mend this place to everyone!!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Alexia ist zu Recht superhost und hat uns mit Infos, selbstgemachten Lebensmittel versorgt und Handtücher und Bettwäsche innerhalb der Mietzeit mehrfach erneuert. Nachdem sich meine Frau am Arm verletzt hatte, hat Alexia weitreichend zusätzlich geholfen. Alexis ist so nett, dass man schon deshalb zu ihrer Wohnung reisen könnte. Die Lage bietet Aussicht aufs Meer. Für Unternehmungen ist eine Mietwagen notwendig. Das Finden der Wohnung nur über GPS Koordinaten war nicht ganz einfach, wird aber durch private Hinweisschilder ermöglicht. Die Wohnung ist eine echte Empfehlung.

We absolutely loved our stay, it far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was as described, really clean and comfortable. The rooms were a good size with 2 decent sized en-suite bathrooms and the kitchen well appointed. We enjoyed BBQing on the terrace and eating outside. The private pool was much bigger than we expected and the kids loved jumping into it at the end of the day whilst we had cocktails, available from reception! The apartment is in an agricultural area surrounded by olives trees and poly tunnels growing tomatoes. This meant it was lovely and peaceful. The sunsets were amazing and view uninterrupted. Phalasarna beach was a short drive and out of season it was relaxing and a really great place to be. The shallow water meant it was really safe for the kids to enjoy jumping in the waves on windy days and swimming and exploring little caves on the calm days. Alexandros was a fantastic host, helpful and quick to respond any questions we had. We hope to come back one day!

Unser Urlaub bei Kristina in der Bellavista-Unterkunft war absolut traumhaft!!!! Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig. Mit dem mitessen ist man in 7 Minuten im nächsten größeren Ort wo man einkaufen und essen gehen kann. Innerhalb von 30-70 Minuten erreicht man problemlos die schönen Orte und Strände im „Wilden Westen Kretas“. (Auch das Autofahren ist auf Kreta das reinste Vergnügen und ein tolles abenteuerliches Erlebnis!) Aber auch ohne große Ausflüge zu unternehmen kann man in den Ferienhäuschen mit wunderschöner Terrasse, blitzsauberem Pool und fantastischem Ausblick ins Grün einfach tagelang die Seele baumeln lassen, Sonne tanken, auf Luftmatratzen im Pool treiben und Ruhe und Erholung genießen. Fast mussten wir uns losreißen, denn dieser Ort ist einfach unvergleichlich und ganz besonders. Kristina war immer herzlich und lieb und sofort erreichbar wenn wir uns meldeten, haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Ohne Übertreibung war das unser allerschönster Urlaub!!! ❤️❤

Ein großes Dankeschön an Konstantinos und Stelina, die eine wunderschöne Wohnung für ihre Gäste zur Verfügung stellen. Wir waren begeistert von der Aufteilung der Räume, sehr modern mit bodentiefen Fenstern, einer Küche, in der nichts fehlte (selbst eine Salatschleuder und ein Messbecher waren da!) und mit einem komfortablen Bett. Die Handtücher werden jeden 3. Tag gewechselt und die Bettwäsche jeden 5. Tag, echter Luxus! Es duftet sehr angenehm, Dank der gut ausgesuchten Duftstäbchen. Für mich ist eine gut riechende Wohnung immer sehr wichtig und das haben wir ebenso sehr geschätzt. Der Balkon ist luftig und nach 10:00 im Schatten, da lässt es sich angenehm aushalten und der schöne Blick auf die Souda Bay ist einfach herrlich. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, man ist also schnell im Zentrum, aber abends auch schnell wieder draußen. Ideal für Menschen, die das Stadtleben genießen wollen, es aber lieber etwas ruhiger haben möchten. Danke nochmals für alles!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Anastasia & John. L'appartement, spacieux et joliment décoré, est bien situé pour se balader dans la région de Chania. L'emplacement est central, on peut facilement se rendre à pied sur le front de mer, tout en étant au calme. Nous avons spécialement apprécié la grande terrasse verdoyante et la literie très confortable. Enfin, le contact avec Anastasia et John a été très facile, ils nous ont gentiment accueillis malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive, et avec un petit plateau d'accueil et des conseils de restos. Nous les remercions :) et les recommandons chaleureusement. Alice & Jonathan

super appartement tres spacieux avec de belles commodités. Notre hôte, Thalia, a été fabuleuse et nous a gâté avec de petits cadeaux a consommer a notre arrivée, le genre de petits extra qui font vraiment plaisir.. Distance a pied jusqu'au vieux port de Chania+-25min ce qui est tres acceptable. Mini epicerie au coin de la rue (50m de l'apparte) pour s'approvisionner chaque jour. Nous recommandons cet appartement fortement.

Best airbnb we have ever stayed at because of Andonis's (and his mother, Maria, who lives in the same complex) hospitality. Andonis gave us great recommendations and even dropped off a bottle of delicious rose. Maria made our stay feel like a home. She brought us oranges from her garden for fresh juice, dolma made with zucchini flower, and spanakopita. The kitchen was also fully equipped so we were able to cook at home at least two meals a day. If we return to Crete, we can't wait to stay again.

Het appartement is heel rustig gelegen op de rand van het dorp en op wandelafstand van het centrum van Paleochora. Het is gesitueerd op 50 meter van de zee. En het zicht op de zee is prachtig! Paleochora is een gezellig vissersdorp en ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor mooie uitstappen. Er zijn mooie stranden. Het appartement heeft een mooi terras zowel aan de voorzijde als aan de achterzijde. Alles is voorzien in de keuken. De host reageert heel snel op berichten. Het is een toplocatie en zeker een aanrader.

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

Gabriella war eine tolle Gastgeberin, und immer sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und kommunikativ. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was wir für einen tollen Urlaub benötigen... Küche incl. allem, Bad mit Dusche, eine große Terrasse mit Grill und Liegen, und einen Jacuzzi zum entspannen. :) Zudem haben wir einiges in der Region erkundschaftet und waren von vielem sehr angetan. Wir werden wieder kommen! :)
