Loved our stay here! The view is amazing and the apartment is spacious and clean. Zizi who looks after the apartment was easy to get ahold of and even got toys for our 1 year old. The only con is that you definitely want a vehicle if staying here. Not very walkable. But if you have a car, I’d highly recommend.

The Rizes Comfort Apartment ELIA was the first of two Airbnbs on our Rhodes trip – and we already missed it after leaving. What we especially loved was the peaceful atmosphere in and around the apartment. Just a few minutes' walk away is Kalathos Beach (pebble beach – water shoes recommended but not a must), which was very quiet and clean, as there was only one hotel. Shops, supermarkets (tip: Sklavenitis), gas stations, tavernas, and beach bars are all close. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, with mosquito screens on all windows and quick, effective A/C in both rooms. You can enjoy sun or shade on the terrace (morning sun) or balcony (evening sun and sunsets). We really appreciated the welcome package with water, orange juice, and a few snacks. Only small downside: the mattress was a bit firm for our taste. We'd gladly stay again and highly recommend it! P.S.: A sweet cat visited us daily – we named him after the apartment 😊

I recommend this place for a couple who values peace and privacy. It was lovely to sunbathe in the private yard, and the sea was just a short walk away for a swim. I recommend having a car to make the most of this accommodation! I would definitely stay here again! ☺️

Steve’s accommodation was super nice. It is exactly like in the photos, very comfortable and adequate in addition to being located in an excellent region. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and Faliraki beach. I was in contact with Georgia before my arrival and she was very helpful, gave me excellent tips and clear instructions about the address and check-in. Without a doubt, I recommend this space!

Konstantinos ist ein zuvorkommender und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber mit guten Tipps. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und es wurde auf unsere Bedürfnisse über dem Service hinaus eingegangen. Wer eine zentral liegende, ruhige Wohnung sucht, ohne Komplikationen ist hier genau richtig! Vielen Dank nochmal für die sehr leckeren Früchte und die schöne Unterkunft 😄🍇

Le logement proposé est super, l’appartement en lui-même qui est impeccable et fonctionnel. De plus, on avait à disposition à notre arrivée : de l’eau, une bouteille de rosé, de la confiture et des fruits. Pour finir, sa localisation est idéal avec sa vue à couper le souffle. Je conseille fortement ce logement.

Accueil chaleureux de la part de Filippos, avec corbeille de fruits de boissons. le logement (n 8) était parfait pour 2. Belle terrasse avec large vue mer. Accès direct à la plage par escalier. Salle d'eau impeccable. Ménage fait quotidiennement. Calme absolu à 500 mètres des plusieurs restaurants corrects. Prêts de transats pour se baigner au pied du logement. Douche de plage pour évacuer le sable. Excellent rapport qualité prix, d'autant qu'on vient d'arriver dans un second logement nettement moins bien et qu'on a un point de comparaison. Emplacement idéal pour visite sud de l'île de Rhodes. Une location où on pourrait revenir, ou conseiller à des amis.

Jimmy’s Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche war einfach alles da, was man so zum Kochen brauchte. Ich war insgesamt 8 Tage hier, 2 Tage hat es leider geregnet, aber ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr Wohlgefühlt. Bei Ankunft gab es Wasser und Snacks, was sehr angenehm war, grade wenn man abends ankommt. Die Terrasse ist zum Sonnenaufgang & Sonnenuntergang ein absoluter Traum. Jimmy war rund um die Uhr erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, sei es mit Supermarkt finden, spätem Check out alles war möglich. Wenn es etwas zu kritisieren gäbe, dann wäre es die Straße, da sie doch gut befahren ist. Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser Unterkunft, würde sie weiterempfehlen und selbst auch wiederkommen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt Jimmy :-)

Rocco and Marta were great hosts, and responsive with help. Really amazing location to enjoy Old Town, the historic sights, restaurants and shopping. To note - it was fine for me, but some may find the bathroom a bit tight. You also have to be careful in using the shower as to not spray water beyond the glass pane. Patio setup has changed but is still nice. Otherwise, apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures.

Super quiet stay in the heart of Lindos. You're two minutes walk away from everything and yet it's so quiet and peaceful in the room and on the patio. Bed is comfy and the hosts are super helpful and nice!

Alles war wunderschön. Die Lage lädt zum entspannen ein. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und Lösungsorientiert egal welches Problem vorlag. Einen Tag hatten wir WLAN Probleme, wonach der Gastgeber sofort vorbei gekommen und das Problem gelöst hat. Einfach nach Rhodos fliegen, einen Mietwagen mieten und in diese Unterkunft fahren, um zu arbeiten / entspannen / genießen. So muss Urlaub sein! Zentral zu jedem Strand gelegen alles Max. 20 min. Entfernt

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt, und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt und Evangelos war ein lieber zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Es war perfekt, vielen Dank !

Super-Unterkunft nahe am Meer. Georgios ist der absolute Top-Host, der sich persönlich um seine Gäste kümmert. Super sauber und schöne Zimmer, mit Liebe zum Detail. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist ein kleiner günstiger Supermarkt, wo man alles kriegt. Georgios versorgt einen auch kurz nach Ankunft mit einer Liste an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden, die man besuchen kann. Er hilft auch bei der Mietwagen-Suche und so vielem anderen. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen.

Netter Kontakt im Vorfeld; sehr netter Empfang mit einem für die ersten Tage gefüllten Lebensmittel für ein Frühstück, einer Flasche Wein und Wasser. Der Mann von Maroulitsa hat uns die Koffer ins Appartement getragen; im Appartement ist alles vorhanden und der Ausblick von dem niedlichen Balkon auf das Meer ist zu jeder Tageszeit atemberaubend. Wir haben das Essen auf diesem Balkon genossen. Zwischendurch wurden wir von Maroulitsa auch mit einer großen halben Wassermelone überrascht, sehr nett! Die Lage ist exzellent und mit einem Mietwagen ist man schnell an allen Orten der Insel, aber auch die Busse an der Hauptstraße sind zuverlässig und sehr günstig. Am Tag der Abreise war Maroulitsa sehr flexibel und hat uns ein viel späteres Check Out ( 4 p.m.) gestattet und Maroulitsas Mann war wieder so freundlich, unsere Koffer aus der oberen Etage herunterzutragen. Alles in allem ein ganz toller Urlaub und die Unterkunft von M. können wir nur weiterempfehlen; vielen Dank dafür.

Spacious studio with full kitchen and bathroom plus a pleasant terrace that catches the sun and a lovely pool on site. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Good supermarket and bakery on the corner and the beach is a ten minutes walk. Bus stops are near and buses are very frequent. We had a wonderful six night stay slightly out of season. Steve, the host, was lovely - very attentive and accommodating. A very considerate and thoughtful host! Many thanks Steve.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen es war alles so wie auf den Fotos. Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet und konnte auch sehr gut Englisch als wir ankamen hat er uns auch direkt gesagt was es alles in der Umgebung gibt. Und er hat mir auch viele links geschickt wo man gut essen kann oder tolle Bars so wie Aktivitäten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und wurde Wasser/Bier/Wein/Soft Drinks und ein bisschen Obst zur Verfügung gestellt. (Kostenfrei)

Very nice and clean Apartment with a beautiful view on the ocean ! Super market, pharmacy and bakery are within 5min walking distance. Car is definitely recommended as the buses in this area are not reliable at all .. On the other Hand we can confirm that the Main Taxi Service of Rhodos is super organized and fast, even for non Greek speakers :) Many thanks to the FlyViewFlats Team, Thanos and Tasos are doing a Great Job and are always there to help. This place was amazing. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was more than we ever dreamed of. Absolutely beautiful with everything we needed.

Auch in der Stadt von Rhodos ist es von Vorteil, motorisiert unterwegs zu sein, egal wo man sich aufhält. Wir waren mit dem Gastgeber und auch mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Ja, man zahlt seinen Preis, aber ich wurde noch nirgendwo anders so gut beraten und empfangen. Bei Fragen ist Sebastian immer erreichbar oder schreibt sehr schnell zurück. Uns hat er sogar geholfen, ein Taxi für die Rückreise zu buchen, da wir um 3 Uhr morgens aus dem Haus mussten. Nur 1 Kritikpunkt. Der Whirlpool: Auf den Fotos sieht es so aus, als hätte man diesen ganz für sich allein, für ein wenig Zweisamkeit, aber dieser steht im Innenhof von Casa del Sol. Also wenn ein anderer Hotelgast nach hause kommt, wird dieser euch ganz bestimmt sehen. Man hat zwar die möglichkeit, Vorhänge rundherum zuzuziehen, aber durch den Wind bringen diese eher weniger etwas.

Schöne, moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr sauberes Badezimmer. Alle angegebenen Merkmale wie Seife, Handtücher, etc. erfüllt. Direkt an einem Kiesstrand. Zu Fuß viele Restaurants erreichbar. Landende Flugzeuge gut hörbar allerdings nicht weiter störend. Rhodos Altstadt in 10-15 Minuten im Auto erreichbar. Lindos in ca. 45 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Im Endeffekt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer tollen Lage.

This place is a gem! We absolutely loved our time in Faliraki and this apartment. A big thank you to the host and her family for making us feel so welcome. We traveled with our 13 month old girl and this place was absolutely perfect. If you have a young family like we do I can’t think of a better place to stay than this. Incredible!
