Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kolonaki, Athens

Perfect location for Megaron or really anywhere in Athens since it’s so close to the metro. I really liked the apartment. It was very private and felt very safe all around. It’s not a big tourist area which is good as it was just very quiet. The bed was super comfortable, AC was cold, kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again. If you’re coming to Athens the 3 day metro pass is super easy when you’re staying here because the metro is 1.5 blocks away. Also, walk up the colored stairs to Mount Lycabettus. Really enjoyed my stay and the host was super responsive to everything.

Alexis è stato un Host gentile e premuroso. Ci ha fornito tutti i dettagli per l ingresso all interno dell alloggio e i vari dettagli per la quotidianità per viverci. L unico neo è che l appartamento è ai piedi di un colle e per arrivare bisogna essere giovani e forti come noi, soprattutto con un passeggino e 2 valigie, dato che sono necessari 800m in salita piuttosto ripida, da piazza Syntagma. Solo i taxi arrivano fino a su. Quindi per i più anziani valuterei bene. Per il resto ineccepibile.

We had a great week at Patrick’s place. The space was great (so clean and spacious!) and Patrick and his team were very responsive. They assisted promptly with any inquiries and were able to connect us to an excellent driving service to get us onto the next leg of our journey. The apartment has everything you need for a temporary home away from home and is located in a cool area with lots of restaurants and so close to the heart of Athens. We would be happy to stay at Patrick’s place again any time!

Gorgeous apartment, amazing location! We felt like home and we are considering returning with larger family. Miltos is an excellent host, extremely friendly and very accommodating. The apartment is located in the heart of Plaka with walking distance to Acropolis Museum and the slopes. Plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops, pastries and gelato. We really loved the stay: we highly recommend it!!!!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Great location in the heart of what local Athens provides. Walkable to everywhere. Clean comfortable accommodation, soft bed. Communication was timely and accurate. Highly recommended

Eşim ve iki kızımla 3 gün kaldık, kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi rahat ettik. Cumartesi günleri pazar var, oradan alışveriş yaptık. Metroya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Hem Atina merkeze, hem de plajlara yakın olmak istiyorsanız, burası konum olarak çok başarılı.

Fantastic Airbnb experience from start to finish, Kleio has excellent communication, super friendly and helpful, the apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully designed and contains everything you could ever think of for a home from home. I would recommend to anyone and would certainly book again got our next trip to Athens.

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

We had a wonderful stay in Athens at Irene’s place. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfy bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. It was in a great neighborhood, within walking distance of the Plaka district and the Acropolis. Irene was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend her apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Athens.

We had a couple of nights to spend in Athens before heading out to the islands. This was just the most perfect spot with an amazing view. Easy to find, and the instructions were really easy to follow. Watching to the sun set from the roof top terrace was just incredible. I can’t recommend enough!!

I had a great time at this property. Located in the 6th floor you have a great city view, Acropolis being visible from the terrace. The jacuzzi is an amazing experience at night. The place both smelled and looked clean, and in my experience the host did the little extra to account for a great experience - which it really was. Good instructions, easy check-in and access by app. Overall a really good stay at this property.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

Great stay at this Airbnb! Good central location in Athens near a Metro stop and with a rooftop view of the Acropolis. Nice to have a hot tub. nice touch to have a bottle of wine and an espresso machine. Clean. Spacious rooms with a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The bed is comfortable and the towels are great…. Soft, large, and absorbent. It was a bit lacking in storage space, shelves, place to put suitcases. It is a bit difficult to gain access. You need to be online, connect via an app to unlock the door to get into a tiny elevator, go up six floors and open the inside door using the app again. But it worked. The host is very responsive via the Airbnb app and quite accommodating. We recommend this place.
