Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Kolonaki, Athens

Marina is the perfect host, very helpful, good recommendations for finding a place to eat, a supermarket and public transport. Always reacted quickly, very friendly and supportive. The place is perfect for one person, clean, air condition working, huge balcony with nice view over the city, very quiet on a Sunday morning ;-), places to visit close by, e.g. 10 min walking distance to Athen Archaeological Museum. I can recommend this place and especially the host, definitely will come back next time I'm in Athens!

The location was perfect- right in the heart of Athens with stunning view of Parthenon. Restaurants, shops and historical sites are few minutes walk .Our flight arrived early. Host was able to accommodate us to check in early. Apartment itself is perfect. Functional kitchen, comfy couch and AC. Exactly what we needed after long day of exploring. Highly recommend staying here if you want unforgettable view, convenience and comfort. Efthimis, thank you for your hospitality. U were an amazing host.

We loved our stay here. Excellent location, with a myriad of sights/eateries on your doorstep. The balcony in particular was a real highlight. The fridge wasn’t very cold and there were a lot of mosquitoes at night. However, we still really enjoyed our time here.

Dourgouti, Neos Kosmos är ett enkelt område men trivsamt! Verkligen att bo i det riktiga Aten, långt från hotellets turistvärld. Förvånansvärt lugnt och tyst för att vara ett så stort område och centralt. Skönt. Supermarket ett par kvarter bort, ca 7-10 min gångväg till metron. Lägenheten var jättemysig, har verkligen llt man behöver. Jag njöt mycket av den lilla balkongen på nionde våningen med morgonsol på morgonen och fin måne över bergen kvällstid. Ilias var en toppenvärd! Svart snabbt på meddelande, tydliga instruktioner. Fanns till hands under vistelsen med lokala tips. Vill du uppleva Aten på riktigt - bo hos Ilias! :)

This is a nice place for a shorter or a longer stay. The apartment was very clean, with most anything you could need, and spacious enough for one or two people. The kitchen is equipped with everything, although Exarcheia is so full of bars, bakeries, restaurants, bistros, and other eateries that you might never cook. The bathroom is not cramped, and the main room is big and you can cool it down easily with the AC or the ceiling fan. The host meets you and explains everything about the place, and the area. Very friendly, helpful, and it's easy to get in touch. The place faces North so there's no strong sunlight, and it's turned towards courtyards and not the street, so it's quiet at night. I had a good feeling about this apartment, and it turned out it even better!

Deze appartement past in oude sfeervolle buurt. Bakker, koffie barretjes en een locale visrestaurantje. Als ik zij dat wij voor tweede keer hebben bij Ioanna gelogeerd, zegt het genoeg !

Dora excelente anfitriona, nos dio buenas indicaciones. el edificio tiene una terraza con muy buenas vistas a la Acropolis. el Apartamento esta muy bien equipado con todo tipo de utensilios, productos para la ducha, buenos toallones y la xama muy comoda. Los aires funcionan de 10. Hizo mucho calor estos dias. En fin hay mucho bueno para decir, dejo que descubran cuando vayan. Lo recomiendo 100%

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Everything was just as pictured, so convenient, quiet, safe area, host was amazing and responsive. Very attentive and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Iro's place in Athens. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and ensuring all our needs were met. The apartment's location is perfect - situated in the heart of Athens, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The Acropolis and other major tourist attractions were within easy walking distance, and we were surrounded by a diverse selection of restaurants and cafes. What makes this apartment truly unique is that it doubles as a contemporary art gallery. The space is thoughtfully curated with artistic pieces, creating an inspiring atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the collection of musical instruments, which added a special charm to our stay. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Athens. We're already planning to book this exceptional place for our next trip to the city.

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

I had a truly amazing stay! The accommodation was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Ageliki, the host, was fantastic, great at communicating, very flexible with arrival and departure times, and full of helpful tips about things to do in the area. It was simply a wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back!

Great place to stay just outside the city center! Perfect if you’re renting a car as we did to visit some places just outside of Athens, only to return for the evening to enjoy a beautiful view of the acropolis! We loved the spacious apartment that made us feel like we actually lived in Athens and Myrsini is just such an exceptional host, very generous with our check in time due to a delay in our flight. Highly recommend!

Gran alojamiento en Atenas. Todo concordó con el anuncio. Lo más destacable sin dudas la ubicación. Muy cerca de las principales atracciones y lugares turísticos más importantes de Atenas. Muy recomendable para dos personas!

Place was perfect! Location was fairly close to Acropolis, very easily walkable to any of the classic sites. The apartment was clean and well furnished and the check in was seamless.

Nos encantó el apartamento, muy bien ubicado y conectado con distintos medios de transporte, super espacioso e impecable, y Erik super amable nos recibió antes de lo esperado y nos brindó toda la información necesaria para nuestros días en Atenas, muy atento. Super recomendable!

U Dorosovom apartmanu smo se osjecali kao kod kuće. Apartman sam po sebi je veoma cist i osvijetljen. Posjeduje dugacak balkon, gdje izjutra možete piti kafu i hladni djus, dok uvece možete birati bijelo vino uz zapaljenu svijecu, gledajuci panoramu kvarta "Excarhia", sa vasom voljenom osobom. Ako ste ljubitelj muzike, atmosferu možete ispinuti dodatno pustanjem ploca na gramofonu, koje sadrže stranu, a pogotovo Grčku muziku. Takodje veče možete upotpuniti gledanjem zabavnog sadržaja na Netflixu, gdje možete pronaci veliki broj vasih omiljenih filmova i serija. Apartman je blizu centra, na 10-5min javnim prevozom do samog centra, i Monastiraki trga, dok vrijeme hodanja, ne prelazi 25min do istog. U okolini se nalaze veliki broj dobro opremljenih restorana i kafica, kao I veliki park, koji se nalazi preko puta stana na 100m. Doros kao domain je usluzan. Razmislja i o najmanjim detaljima i uvijek je dostupan za bilo koji vid informacije. Ako se jednog da vratim, opet cu odabrati isto.
