Clean, spacious accommodation with a wonderful view and wonderful tranquility with garden use in a very well-kept garden in front of the terrace, ideal accommodation as a starting point for golfers (there is a 30% discount on the wonderful Bella Vista golf course in Bad Birnbach!) A rich breakfast is served in the room with everything your heart desires! Shower and sink in the room, toilets and bathtub and kitchen can be used separately. We felt comfortable, unfortunately we could only stay one night. Thank you for everything ! Monika and Andreas

The guesthouse is getting on a long way and could use a proper renovation. Then the accommodation would certainly no longer be available at the price. In any case, we felt very comfortable there. The host is extremely warm and child friendly. The house has lots of charm and a great history. The covered pool is fantastic. Quiet location and ideal for excursions. For us, it was the perfect stopover on our way to Croatia. We would definitely come back. Thanks a lot!

Unfortunately, I was not able to use the full time, but the time I was there was absolutely flawless. Both the accommodation and the contact with the hosts leave nothing to be desired. If I were in the area again, I would immediately take this accommodation again.

Very nice hostess! Had me locked out right on the first evening 🙈 host was always available and sweet! Was also not angry about my late disturbance for the purpose of locking in. Except for the gym room, everything was shown and used by me. The place is the same as in the pictures! Great sauna, hot tub perfect for unwinding under the stars, views from the bed simply fantastic! Heatable toilet with many functions - mega cool and now at home I also want such a toilet to make😎 the roof terrace optimal for sunbathing and yoga. All in all, a very very nice weekend! Glad to come back! 🧡

I was on a childhood memory trip with my parents. The house is very quiet with a fantastic view, you can immediately start a hike towards the Rusel-Absatz. A beautiful, well-kept garden, versatile and with friendly seating, invites you to linger.

The Boubska me property surprised me with its size and uniqueness. From the main loft area, look for Sumavske kopecky. The property is on the outskirts of Boubske, so complete privacy is ensured. Well, I guess I didn't get away with this beautiful night sky. Very quickly it is possible to get to Vimperk, where there are all civic amenities, nice cafes and restaurants. A bar is available to host guests, which especially in the evening adds a unique atmosphere to the place. You can heat them in the sleeping area. I recommend the Boubska property to both parties and individuals. Cele misto is very inspiring, unique, and just my style.

Staying at this cabin exceeded all expectations. The cottage is spacious, beautifully clean, well-equipped and is located in a quiet location, perfect for rest and trips to the surrounding area. Everything was perfectly prepared, from clean linens to a fully equipped kitchen. Special thanks to the owner, who was absolutely amazing – communication was fast, helpful, and very kind.

The accommodation is completely new, very spacious and well equipped. It was very clean and there was good parking. Andreas was very nice and always quick to reach.

Arrival was very relaxed, no fixed time specified but was still immediately available for the key handover. Checkout is just as straightforward. The room itself was very large and well maintained, everything was clean. In the room perfect connection to the wifi. Extremely reasonable price for a qualitative accommodation. Glad to come back!

Spacious and very well equipped house, including an Ofyr-type bbq. During the few bad weather days, there was enough space for our two kids to play in-house, while we could read in peace. When the weather was fine, the kids were outside all day. Great location to start hiking from. Pavel was friendly and welcoming.

The apartment is exactly as described. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need and we were able to cook there without any problems. The bathroom is also great, but we lacked the hair dryer, where you should possibly pack a. In general, the whole apartment was very clean. Check-in and check-out were super uncomplicated and fast. Andreas (the host) was very friendly and quick to reach. The location is not really special, but you were quickly on the next highway and thus quickly reached your destination. There were also no problems with parking. We noticed two little things. The ventilation in the bathroom is loud and it is then also switched on for a moment when it starts. This was not dramatic, if you go to the toilet at night, you might have to pay attention. You can also hear the fridge, but it wasn't bad for us either and we didn't have any sleeping problems or anything like that. The next thing is the bed, it consists of two single beds, which can be pushed together. When you push the bed together, you have a hard middle section. If you put a blanket over it, it doesn't bother you. All in all, we were very satisfied and can only recommend the apartment.

The apartments with private bathrooms are very clean and exactly as described. With the very friendly hosts, check-in and check-out are very straightforward, as a guest I would book here again and again, a very clear recommendation.

Completely unbeatable place to stay. Great quiet location, good location in the center of Šumava, close to anywhere by car. Clean, cozy place, I appreciated the kitchen amenities, thumbs up. I was pleasantly surprised by the dishwasher and the pods for it. The host greeted me in person and gave me tips on where to go, which I appreciated and visited. Parking right in front of the listing. Suitable for young couples, singles, small family. There are plenty of places to visit in the area, lots of cyclist and the possibility of keeping a bike. In Srna, I appreciated the Sunny Cafe and Coop, where they had an emergency when there was anything needed to be purchased. 10/10 for me If I should be a nnidopich, I was missing a smaller coffee machine for capsules, e.g. Nespresso. Otherwise 🤍
