Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Merikotka

Tästä kohteesta käsin pääset näppärästi liikkumaan Kokkolan parhaille paikoille joko luontoon tai kaupunkiin. Kohde sijaitsee meren äärellä rauhallisella ja kauniilla asuntomessualueella. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä asunnolta sijaitsee mm. uimaranta, grillipaikkoja, padel-kenttä, ruokapaikkoja ja kävelyreittejä. Keskustaan on matkaa noin 2km. Ennaltasovitusti mahdollisuus lainata polkupyöriä tai sup-lautaa. Asunnossa on 140cm leveä parivuode sekä kahden hengen vuodesohva.

Cosy cabin with sauna and beautiful glass patio

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.

Välkommen till denna unika övervånings lägenhet med en central placering (3 km till centrum) med strandtomt. Lägenheten, som har en egen ingång, erbjuder bekväma och rymliga utrymmen inomhus, med badrum och kök som är utrustade för dina behov. Terrassen blir din egna privata oas med sjöutsikt, där du kan njuta av lugn och avkoppling sommartid. Det är möjligt att boka vår utebastu för en extra speciell upplevelse med ett uppfriskande bad/vinterbad.

StrandRo - Cottage by the lake

Welcome! Villa StrandRo is a cozy and peaceful cottage by the lake. A marked nature trail starts right next to the cottage, a children’s playground is about one kilometer away, and both a rowing boat and a barrel sauna – available all year round – are free to use. We live in the same yard with our two school-aged children, and we are happy to help or share tips about the best local experiences if you wish. We also rent out SUP boards.

Jakob Oasis

Vi erbjuder en fräsch och modern stuga på lugnt och naturnära läge med utsikt över Alholmsfjärden. Stugan är lokaliserad endast tre km från Jakobstads centrum. Stugan består av 40 välplanerade kvadratmeter med bl.a ; välutrustat kök med matservis för tio personer, tv, grill, bastu samt uppvärmd utepool samt en egen privat strand och stor terrass. För övernattning finns till förfogande en våningssäng samt en utbäddbar soffa.

Nybyggt strandhus på fridfullt läge med privat strand och brygga. 2,5 km in till Jakobstads centrum och fina motionsspår nära. Newly built (2020) beach house in a peaceful area with a private beach. 2,5 km to centre of Jakobstad and close by there are several walking trails. The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.

Rum: Kök, vardagsrum, 3 sovrum, hall, badrum +bastu Faciliteter: öppen spis, kylskåp/frys, elektrisk spis och ugn, diskmaskin,microvågsugn, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare. På gården finns ytterligare en strandbastu.

Vuokrattavana pieni omakotitalo Kalajoen Rautiossa! Majoitukseen sisältyy liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Puulämmitteinen sauna. Talo ei ole uusi, mutta kaikki tarvittava lyhytaikaiseen majoittumiseen löytyy. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita!
