Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kočevje

Stunning spacious property tucked at the end of a small secluded road with great views over the countryside, even better in real life than the photos. The property was very clean and well equipped. A short 5 minute drive into nearest town for supermarkets and restaurants. The host was very responsive. Highly recommended.

A lovely base to explore the local countryside and the wider country, by car. Clean, spacious and peaceful. Mateja was a proactive and helpful host.

The stay at Tina and Igors house was wonderful! The house is even nicer then in the description and pictures. Two saunas, a whirlpool, the outdoor kitchen... And everything is top notch and up to date, e.g. the kitchen is really well supplied and you have everything you could need. We really enjoyed our time there and the communication was always super easy and friendly. We definitely want to return and also recommend it to everyone.

È stata un'esperienza molto positiva! La casa molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Marjeta e suo marito sono stati molto gentili e flessibili sull'orario del check in e sul fornire informazioni utili per il soggiorno. Gentilissimi anche nel preparare un dolce per noi, un gesto molto apprezzato. Vicinissimi a Lubjana, torneremo sicuramente

The experience was above the expectations! Surrounding of the house is beautiful, the host is very nice and always ready to help! House is very well equipped, food from the barbecue taste delicious and water in the jacuzzi is very warm ☺️ I really recommend FS**** to everyone!

Es war alles bestens! Wir waren nur eine Nacht für einen Zwischenstopp hier. Die Nähe zur Autobahn (nicht zu hören) war für uns daher perfekt. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Der Checkin war dank der Schlüsselbox, auch in der Nacht möglich. Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment.

The house is surrounded by vineyards, the view is spectacular (the other side of the valley is Croatia). The bathroom is new, the kitchen is basic. If you want to spend some time in a quiet area, far away from “civilization”, you should try this accomodation. Neva’s husband Janni accompanied us to the location and showed us around the house, it has a winecellar with a nice local red and white wine we could taste for free. One thing you need to know: at 7 am the bells of the little church nearby make enough noise to wake up a deaf man!

V tem apartmaju sva bivala drugič, lokacija je popolna, apartma je prijeten, udoben, čist in ima vse kar potrebuješ za prijetno bivanje. Gostitelj je zelo prijazen in odziven.

Hemos estado 4 dias hospedados y ha sido un 10 absoluto! Tanto la casa como la zona que transmitia mas que paz! Con un restaurante cercano y con unas vistas mas que maravillosas , el alojamiento perfecto, todo limpio y todo moderno, y la amabilidad y atencionde los anfitriones un 10! Sin lugar a duda un sitio mas que recomendable donde quedarse a dormir unos cuantos dias y disfrutar de la tranquilidad

Wow, wow, wow!!! We stayed at Villa Katerina for a week over Christmas and it was just perfect. It is a stunning place with everything you could need and plenty of room. The surrounding area is just beautiful, quiet and rural. It was truly idyllic. Having the fire was wonderful and made it feel extra special. It is easy to get to Ljubljana, Zagreb and other local towns but also perfect for walking straight from the door into the countryside. Michael gave us some excellent recommendations of places to go and is very helpful and responsive. He also gave us gifts of homemade honey and honey liquor which were very gratefully received! We would have stayed longer if we could!

sono andato per capodanno con 7 miei amici ed è stata un ottima scoperta, molti spazi, cucina moderna e quasi completa (qualcosa come grattugia e spatola manca ma facili da portare da casa) Il personale è stato molto chiaro e comunque il tutto è intuitivo: anche cose come la spazzatura ha tutti i suoi cestini e borsette di scorta. Unica cosa sono le finestre che non hanno scuri perciò consiglio di portare mascherine se ci si sveglia con la luce del sole

Appartement spacieux, très propre. bonsoir couchage. emplacement très calme. Ivan est très arrangeant et de bon conseils pour les visites alentours. Super appartement, super hôte.

L’alloggio di Matej è situato in una posizione comoda, vicino a parecchi servizi che ci offre Črnomelj. A pochi passi dalla pasticceria dove fanno anche un burek fresco, bar, supermercato, ecc. L’appartamento è molto pulito e comodo, con uno spazio esterno per chi fuma o preferisce stare fuori. L’host, che tiene l’attività assieme ai genitori (persone molto simpatiche, disponibili, solari e gentilissime!), corretti e precisi. Disponibili e sempre reperibili per qualunque cosa. Ringrazio molto per l’accoglienza calorosa e tutte le informazioni e disponibilità. Spero di rivedervi presto! Tatjana

Modern luxury house with amazing pool, many bbq possibilities, table tennis etc. We had great welcome from Marko and his father. We stayed in the flat on the ground floor. The other flat on the 1st floor had no guests during our stay, so we had all the facility just for us, which was great.

it was a nice comfortable stay. The location was very nice. walkable distance from the bus station. beautiful surroundings. Nice clean room, furniture and the washroom.

Zelo prijazni in uslužni gostitelji! Mirna vasica, apartma čudovito in polno opremljen. Nedaleč od hišice je čebelnjak, vendar čebelice niso moteče. Prijeten odklop.

Izredno prijazna in gostoljubna lastnika. Hiša se nahaja čiasto na samem, sredi narave. Čudovita okolica. Stanovanje je bilo brezhibno čisto, velika kopalnica, popolnoma opremljena kuhinja. Toplo priporočam.

Appaetamento molto bello, pulito, nuovo e fornito di tutto il necessario. a 15 minuti da uno dei parcheggi per andare a Lubiana in bus (molto comodo), zona tranquilla. Maja é un ottimo host, molto gentile, disponibile, ci ha anche portato dei pancake per colazione. Super consigliato!

appartamento bellissimo, molto spazioso e pulito. posizione comoda per visitare i punti di interesse, con spostamenti da effettuare in macchina. in casa non mancava nulla e i proprietari sono stati molto disponibili

Accueil excellent avec des glaces au congélateur, il faisait très chaud! Endroit idéal pour rayonner dans le pays. Parking devant la porte, couple charmant et sympatique

Such a beautiful rental in a peaceful location. The yard is filled with fruit trees which my kids loved picking their daily fruits. The views from the terrace are absolutely stunning and while we had difficulty starting the jaccuzi, Bojan’s daughter came to our rescue and she was absolutely kind and pleasant to talk to. The rental is exactly as shown in the pictures/listed in the description. You definitely need a car to get there, it’s about a 7 minutes drive frim the shops/restaurants. I cannot recommend this place enough!
