Villa holiday rentals in Ko Yao Noi

This BNB is so beautiful. The location is perfect, with the amazing mountains right behind you. There are great restaurants right down the road. The villa has a pool which is perfect for refreshing during a hot day, and a shower outside to rinse off. It was the perfect size for the 5 of us, with a great interior. The hosts were very friendly and helpful! 100% would stay here again.

The villa looks absolutely amazing. The living room and bedrooms are all great. There are great amenities, and the pool is also nice and big. We stayed here for 2 nights as a group of 9 friends, and we had a ball. The neighbourhood is a little remote and secluded, but that makes it peaceful as well, and there are few shops and bars at a walking distance. There was a karaoke setup which we really enjoyed, and a water purifier, so free drinking water, which is great. The pool was really amazing, and we used it on both days. They even have an automated lighting and water jet system that turns on in the evening on its own. Lot of space in the pool area to have a proper party as well. The bedrooms are nice, and 9 people can be easily accommodated. One more washroom would have really helped for a large group like ours, but it was fine. The kitchen is also well stocked with appliances, cookware and cutlery. Overall really great place to stay.

Beautiful place quiet away from the hustle of Ao Nang! It’s about a 15 minute Grab ride into town, very doable!

Really beautiful location for a cabin in the jungle - suuuuuper private location so you feel completely alone and in touch with nature. we saw monitor lizards, frogs, a green snake and birds. getting to the cabin is difficult unless you’re comfortable on a bike or you drive. the hill is really steep and bendy and very tricky if it’s raining - my partner and i got caught in the rain whilst riding up and it was a bit freaky - but this has nothing to do with Adul and is just something to note when going here. if you’re new to bike riding then avoid, you’ll struggle to get up and down the hill. The fuse box blew for us at around 1am and we figured out where the issue was ourselves - thankfully the tripped fuse was in the garden, and not internal, so we were okay. You’re out in the country side, electrics failing is normal sometimes. the inside has a wicked TV and sound system, gorgeous balcony/patio and a nice pool. would stay again! 💗

my review of Mike's place is 5 star all the way. location is stunning. staff penny eddie and the beachside team are just outstanding. I could go on about how much I enjoyed time there felt like a paradise. it is a paradise.. what I want to enforce is the love and support shown from them when my sons had a motorbike crash. they offered support and some free nights stay while we as a family dealt with operations at hospital. these acts of kindness portray the kind of people they are. you cannot see that in any pictures or read in any review. but I experienced it firsthand. this is my lived experience. no words can describe the comfort this brings in times of trauma. thank you thank you thank you. It has been a wonderful stay!! Ira contacted us before our arrival to see if we wanted help arranging transportation from the airport to the villa; everything was made very easy for us. The villa was very complete and well-equipped, the pool was super clean, and the area was very quiet and beautiful! It was a very pleasant experience — I would definitely recommend it without hesitation. :)

Damrong was one of the best hosts I have met. Very friendly and cordial. He was always helpful, whether it was pickup and drop to the airport, taking us to the market, giving suggestions, etc. We were a group of 9 people, and we were all very comfortable. Thank you so much Damrong for hosting us. Would 100% recommend!

We had an amazing time at Neena's. Very welcoming, responsive, and kind host. Always bringing us gifts (local food, souvenirs...). She also told us all the possible activities around villa and on Krabi. Also offers taxi and scooter service. As for the villa, it is just beautiful, inside and out. Idyllic and not noisy setting. We would have stayed for a few more days if we could. We keep glitter full of eyes in this place✨. Thank you again for everything 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Absolutely perfect stay! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. The location was great, and the little details made a big difference — it’s clear the host puts a lot of care into the space. Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

This stunning three-bedroom, two-story apartment is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in—especially at such an affordable price! Why didn’t I know of this place earlier!!! It features a private pool with breathtaking 360° views of nature, outdoor showers, and a spectacular sunrise right from the bedroom. Plus, the option to have breakfast served in the apartment made the stay even more special. I will definitely be visiting again!

Great place to stay. Exactly as described ! Piyavit is a wonderful host. His staff is extremely helpful and responsive. No disturbance whatsoever. Had a great time and a wonderful vacation. Situated right on the banks of the sea and close to a beautiful cafe. Serene !! Loved the safety features, the cleanliness and everything else too. Highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Eight Palm Villa. The villa is absolutely perfect for group gatherings. It is an extremely peaceful and beautiful spot. The villas are pristine and extremely well provisioned. They had everything that we needed to host beautiful family meals and have many laughs around the swimming pool and billiard table. Every detail has been thought of with the villa layout. The rooms are very clean with very comfortable beds, great showers and great aircon. Snowy was extremely attentive and helped us book transport, meals and activities. We had a wonderful time visiting the elephants and had some incredible meals out in the local area. All of the staff at the villas were wonderful. Our family is already talking about the next family holiday at Eight Palm. We cannot wait to return!

A beautiful villa that blends in with nature but yet only a 15 min drive to busy area (shops, restaurant, beach). It had all the modern facilities, 4 spacious bedrooms, large seating area. It was so peaceful and quiet and a stunning design. The Manager was very helpful providing information and local recommendations prior to arriving and also during our stay. I highly recommend this place,

We had a great time with the whole family at the glasshouse. Kids spent half their time in the pool and the rest at the beach which is 3 minutes walk from the house at kids speed. Bradley and his staff helped us arrange a chef which was great, and the super friendly guys from Taj Mahal restaurant downstairs ended up sending the dishes up to the house :D I would say the best is that the house is quiet. Not much neighbors, no parties or anything going on at the beach, and only a few tourists around. Great if you want to spend some relaxing time with your family away from the crowds which is priceless during peak season

Not sure 1000 characters will be enough, but I’ll try: Punch and her partner, Wayne, were EXTREMELY helpful and their customer service is on par with that of 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at in big cities. We came to Krabi to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The hosts played an integral part in helping me coordinate a special day for my love. Punch secured a private boat tour and very special lunch and reservations for us at “Lae Lay” restaurant at Phulay Bay, and a wonderfully decadent chocolate cake from a local cafe. Wayne about took his last breath blowing up loads of balloons to surprise Leila with on the boat. We joined Punch’s awesome yoga class on Saturday morning as well. The fridge was well stocked with water, milk, juice, and beer. The villa itself was stupendous! Very clean, organized and luxurious. It is a little secluded, but we used the local taxi man to get around. There are also several cafes located nearby. I 10000% recommend a stay with Punch and Wayne. We will be back!

We spent around 10 days at Stephanie’s beautiful villa, and it exceeded our expectations. The pictures simply don’t do it justice. The villa is thoughtfully designed, with bedrooms on one side and the living areas on the other, centered around a pristine blue pool that truly steals the show. Our families spent most of our time in the shaded courtyard, while the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, trampoline, and garden. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and having Sonos systems in every room was a fantastic bonus. In terms of location, the villa is perfect if you prefer the north of the island. Naiyang Beach is just a 15-minute drive away, and for golfers, it’s ideally situated between the Blue Canyon and Mission Hills golf courses. While nothing is within walking distance, Grab transport is readily available and convenient. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return in the near future!

Our stay in the house was absolutely fantastic. The villa looks amazing, the pool adds a lot of charm and overall it’s very spacious. The host was also very flexible in letting us check out late and was very responsive overall. I cannot recommend enough this villa to any travelers looking for a beautiful peaceful environment near Ao Nang beach

We spent 9 days there as a family. It was heavenly. The house, the staff, breakfast, tips for excursions and organization as well as help with questions were great. We can highly recommend the house.

Great house. Russell was really helpful with everything and all the instructions were very clear. Only 10 minutes from all the shops and restaurant which is very cheap to get to and from. Would definitely stay here again.

great place, great view. host is quick to respond. you get 15% off at the restaurant across the street and they treat you like royalty. also a shuttle service runs constantly to take you up and down the hill. I will return.
